Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kalendarz – planner rodzinny, przeznaczony do mocowania na scianie lub na innych pionowych powierzchniach, którego zadaniem jest ulatwianie planowania zycia rodzinnego. Description of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a calendar/family planner, intended for mounting on a wall or other vertical surfaces, the purpose of which is to facilitate family planning.

Kalendarz, zgodnie ze wzorem, oprócz swojej podstawowej funkcji, która jest oznaczanie poszczególnych dni tygodni i miesiecy, daje mozliwosc zapisywania planowanych róznorodnych wydarzen, przede wszystkim rodzinnych, a takze uporzadkowane przewidywanie i zapisywanie zadan i obowiazków, takich jak wizyty u lekarza, zakupy, spotkania, posilki oraz inne wydarzenia. The calendar, as the model suggests, in addition to its primary function of marking individual days of the week and month, allows for the recording of various planned events, primarily family events, as well as the orderly anticipation and recording of tasks and responsibilities, such as doctor's appointments, shopping, meetings, meals, and other events.

Przeznaczeniem kalendarza jest ulatwienie w planowaniu wydarzen zwiazanych z zajeciami czlonków rodziny, wychowywaniem dzieci oraz kierowaniem ich rozwojem fizycznym i intelektualnym. The calendar is intended to facilitate the planning of events related to the activities of family members, raising children, and guiding their physical and intellectual development.

Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez wyglad zewnetrzny, uksztaltowanie powierzchni, uklad linii, kontury, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. The essence of a design is the new and unique character of a product, given to it by its external appearance, surface shape, line layout, contours, colors, material, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for repeated reproduction.

Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, zaprezentowanego na zalaczonych ilustracjach, fig. 1 – fig. 11, nalezy zaliczyc, ze kalendarz – planner rodzinny jest wyposazony w pakiet arkuszy, których ilosc odpowiada ilosci tygodni w danym roku. Przeslona umozliwia mocowanie na niej dwóch rodzajów naklejek, opisanych powyzej, symbolizujacych okreslone plany i czynnosci w zyciu rodziny oraz podluznych naklejek. Naklejki, stanowiace uzupelnienie wyposazenia kalendarza – plannera rodzinnego, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego sa odrywalne i mocowane do arkusza, podzielonego na równe pod wzgledem wymiarów pola. W te pola wkleja sie takze, powleczone od spodu samoprzylepna folia kóleczka z róznymi rysunkami, pokazane na rysunku, fig. 7. The stickers, which complement the calendar/family planner, are detachable and attached to a sheet of paper, divided into equal-sized sections. Circles with various designs, coated on the underside with self-adhesive foil, are also glued into these sections, as shown in Fig. 7.

Karta kalendarza – plannera rodzinnego, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego odmiana 1, zaprezentowana na ilustracji, fig. 1 i fig. 8 – ma u góry pas, na którym jest umieszczona posrodku tablica z napisem oznaczajacym miesiac, którego ta karta dotyczy.
