The sanitary tap, in the form of a bathtub and shower tap for wall mounting, in accordance with the industrial design, is characterized by a vertical, flat, round mounting disc with a slightly convex front surface, from which a cylindrical body with a two-stage diameter protrudes perpendicularly towards the front, placed eccentrically in its upper part, while on the front, much shorter, section of the body with a reduced diameter, there is also a cylindrical adjustment knob in the shape of a cap with a flat front surface and a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the body. From the side surface of the cylindrical knob, a thin rod, round in cross-section, protrudes perpendicularly downwards and parallel to the mounting disc, constituting an operating lever, with a length exceeding the outline of the mounting disc, and below it, in the vertical axis of the dial, under the body, there is a small handle in the form of a mushroom, located on the dial, parallel to the body, resting on a base in the shape of a truncated cone, in a contrasting colour, from the smaller base of which extends a short cylindrical pin ending in a mushroom head, widening conically towards the front and ending at the front with a slightly convex front surface, while on the flat front surface of the knob, in a front view of the faucet, at the bottom, symmetrically with respect to its vertical axis, two small circular fields are located. The rear surface of the tap has a narrow, annular peripheral edge, and in the vertical axis it has two circular fields: one, the upper one, located eccentrically, slightly above the center of the disc wheel, and the other, the lower one, much smaller, spaced from it. There is a small notch at the bottom of the rear peripheral surface of the mounting disc, as shown in the summary drawing and the attached photographs, Photo 1.1 to Photo 1.6. The sanitary tap, in the form of a bathtub and shower tap with a thermostat for wall mounting, in accordance with the industrial design, is characterized by a flat, circular mounting disc with a slightly convex front surface, from which protrudes perpendicularly forward, an eccentrically placed cylindrical body with a graduated diameter in its upper part. Viewed from the mounting plate, the body first curves in a small arc to a slightly smaller diameter, and then gradually transitions into a cylindrical ring, shorter than the first body section, with a diameter equal to that of the first body section. From the side surface of this cylindrical ring, a thin rod, circular in cross-section, extends perpendicularly to the right in the front view of the faucet, parallel to the mounting plate. This cylindrical ring then gradually transitions into an even shorter, central cylindrical ring, of the smallest diameter, with two lines visible on its side surface, running parallel to the ring's axis and closely spaced. This ring, in turn, adjoins a contrastingly colored thermostat ring, slightly larger in diameter but smaller than the body, with a scale in the form of numbers and symbols marked on its side. The scale shows the water temperature values that can be set using the thermostat. Adjacent to this ring is a cylindrical thermostat control knob, of slightly larger diameter, whose cylindrical surface is cut horizontally and parallel to the axis on one side, at the top of the faucet. On the surface of this cut, on the body side, there is a short cylindrical button in a contrasting color. On the opposite side, a thin cylindrical rod extends vertically from the knob's cylindrical surface, perpendicular to it and perpendicular to the flat-cut surface, located near the knob's flat face. Its diameter is the same as that of the rod protruding from the cylindrical ring, but its length is significantly shorter, not exceeding half the distance between the knob and the peripheral edge of the mounting disc. Below this rod, in the vertical axis of the dial, beneath the body, on the mounting disc, parallel to the body, is a small mushroom-shaped handle, resting on a truncated cone-shaped base in a contrasting color. From this smaller base, a short cylindrical stem with a gradually reduced diameter terminates in a mushroom head, widening conically forward and terminating in a slightly convex frontal surface. The rear surface of the battery has a narrow annular peripheral edge and in the vertical axis it has one circular field situated slightly above the centre of the disc wheel and also, on the rear edge, the peripheral surface of the mounting disc, at the bottom, there is a small notch, as shown in the summary drawing and the attached photographs, Photo 2.1 to Photo 2.7. Essential features of the industrial design The sanitary tap, in the form of a bathtub and shower tap for wall mounting, in accordance with the industrial design, has a vertical, flat, round mounting disc with a slightly convex front surface, from which a cylindrical body with a two-stage diameter protrudes perpendicularly towards the front, placed eccentrically in its upper part, while on the front, much shorter, section of the body with a reduced diameter, there is placed an adjustment knob, also cylindrical, in the shape of a cap with a flat front surface and a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the body, while from the side surface of the cylindrical knob protrudes perpendicularly downwards, parallel to the mounting disc, a thin, round rod in cross-section, with a length exceeding the outline of the mounting disc, and below it, in the vertical axis of the disc, under the body, there is located on the dial, parallel to the body, there is a small handle in the form of a mushroom, resting on a base in the shape of a truncated cone, in a contrasting color, from the smaller base of which there emerges a short cylindrical pin ending in a mushroom head, widening conically towards the front and ending at the front with a slightly convex front surface, wherein on the flat front surface of the knob, in the front view of the faucet, at the bottom, symmetrically in relation to its vertical axis, two small circular fields are located, and that the rear surface of the faucet has a narrow annular peripheral edge, and in the vertical axis it has two circular fields, one, the upper one, located eccentrically, slightly above the center of the disc circle and the other, the lower one, much smaller, at a distance from it, and also that on the edge of the rear peripheral surface of the mounting disc, at the bottom, there is a small notch, as shown in the drawing collective and attached photographs, photo 1.1 to photo 1.6.
