Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa oryginalna i funkcjonalna postac komponentu meblowego o lukowym elemencie dekoracyjnym z oryginalnie, charakterystycznie uksztaltowanymi wzdluznymi wy- frezowanymi pionowymi rowkami i ich uksztaltowanymi krawedziami z nalozonym dekorem w postaci folii (okleiny) i który polaczony jest z ksztaltowym blatem z dekoracyjna nalozona faktura barwy. Orygi- nalnosc i funkcjonalnosc komponentu meblowego przejawia sie w ukladzie ksztaltu, linii i faktury barwy lukowego elementu gietego w polaczeniu z ksztaltnym blatem i jego faktura barwy w odmianach. The essence of the industrial design is a new, original, and functional form of a furniture component with an arched decorative element with originally, characteristically shaped longitudinal milled vertical grooves and their shaped edges with an applied decorative foil (veneer), which is combined with a shaped top with a decorative applied color texture. The originality and functionality of the furniture component are manifested in the arrangement of the shape, lines, and color texture of the arched bent element combined with the shaped top and its color texture in various variations.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego ukazano na zalaczonym rysunku, ukazujacym kompletny kom- ponent meblowy w wizualizacji od strony czolowej zewnetrznej w ukladzie ksztaltu linii i faktury barwy lukowego elementu gietego w polaczeniu z ksztaltnym blatem i jego faktura barwy w odmianach. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, showing the complete furniture component visualized from the external front side in the arrangement of the line shape and color texture of the arched bent element in combination with the shaped top and its color texture in variations.
