Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac uchwytu przejawiajaca sie w charaktery- stycznej kompozycji ksztaltu, a takze polaczenia uchwytu z meblem. The essence of the industrial design is the original form of the handle, manifested in the characteristic composition of the shape and the connection of the handle with the furniture.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku gdzie: na fig.1 pokazano w widoku perspektywicznym z boku, na fig. 2 – uchwyt w widoku perspektywicznym z dolu; na fig. 3 – uchwyt w widoku z boku, na fig. 4 – uchwyt w widoku z góry, na fig. 5 – przedstawiono uchwyt w widoku z dolu, na fig. 6 – uchwyt w widoku z boku od strony stopy. Uchwyt meblowy przedstawiony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym stanowi dwudzielna bryle, na która sklada sie korpus, jako dluzszy, górny element chwytny i podstawa – stopa, element chwytny wypukly, gladki, na koncach zaokraglony, zas stopa korpusu jest bryla profilowana w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu o zaokraglonych naroznikach wewnetrznych w miejscu polaczenia z elementem chwytnym. The furniture handle shown in the attached illustration is a two-part solid consisting of a body, as a longer, upper gripping element, and a base - the foot. The gripping element is convex, smooth, and rounded at the ends, while the body's foot is a profiled solid in the shape of a cuboid with rounded inner corners at the point of connection with the gripping element.

The gripping element is convex, smooth at the end, rounded in the shape of a half-cylinder placed on a thin rectangular plate, while the foot of the body is a flat, rectangular solid, shorter than the gripping element, with rounded inner corners at the point of connection with the gripping element, as shown in the attached illustrative material in figures 1 to 6.
