Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest podpora uchwytu, znajdujaca zastosowanie jako element uchwytu meblowego montowanego do drzwi lub szuflad mebli. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, nadana mu przez cechy linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 – przedstawia widok perspektywiczny podpory uchwytu i fig. 2 – pionowy przekrój poprzeczny podpory uchwytu. Podpora jest bryla, w której wyodrebnia sie czesc dolna pionowa i czesc górna pozioma. Czesc dolna jest usytuowana równolegle do czesci górnej, ma ksztalt pionowego prostopadloscianu wyposazonego z dwóch dolnych stron w kolnierz i posiadajacego w osi symetrii pionowy przelotowy otwór. Czesc górna wykonana jest w ksztalcie rury o przekroju pionowo usytuowanego prostokata, posiadajacego bok dolny i górny w ksztalcie lagodnego luku. The support is a solid form with a distinct lower vertical section and an upper horizontal section. The lower section, situated parallel to the upper section, has the shape of a vertical cuboid equipped with a flange on both lower sides and a vertical through-hole in its axis of symmetry. The upper section is made in the shape of a tube with a cross-section of a vertically oriented rectangle, with a gently curved lower and upper side.
