Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest tablica do oznaczania numeru posesji, przeznaczona do montowania na scianach budynków. Umozliwia ona numeryczne oznaczanie poszczególnych pose- sji ze wskazaniem nazwy ulicy lub nazwy miejscowosci, w których te posesje sa zlokalizowane. Ozna- czenia cyfrowe i literowe umieszczone na powierzchni tablicy sa pokryte farba odblaskowa lub folia swiecaca w promieniach lamp ulicznych i w swietle reflektorów pojazdów. To zapewnia, ze tablica wraz z napisami i z zapisem cyfrowym jest dobrze widoczna w dni pochmurne, po zmroku i w nocy, nawet ze znacznej odleglosci. Tablice, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego sa jednym z elementów infrastruktury drogowej i ulicznej. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wy- tworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztalty, kolorystyke, strukture oraz przez ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy. It allows for the numerical designation of individual properties, indicating the street name or town name where these properties are located. The numerical and letter markings placed on the plate's surface are covered with reflective paint or foil that glows in the rays of street lamps and vehicle headlights. This ensures that the plate, along with its inscriptions and digital notation, is clearly visible on cloudy days, after dark, and at night, even from a considerable distance. According to the industrial design, plates are an element of road and street infrastructure. The essence of the industrial design is the product's new and unique form, given to it in particular by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, structure, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for repeated industrial or craft reproduction. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows plate variant 1, while Fig. 2 shows plate variant 2. The essential features of the industrial design include the fact that the property number plate has a rectangular outline divided into two parts. The upper part of the plate is yellow, while the lower part is navy blue. A navy blue digital symbol is placed in the center of the upper part of the plate. The lower part of the plate features an inscription indicating the street name. The digital and lettering surfaces of the plate reflect light from streetlights and vehicle headlights. The essential features of industrial design variant 2, presented in illustration Fig. 2, include that the property number plate has a rectangular outline divided into two parts. The upper part of the plate is yellow, while the lower part is navy blue. A digital marking is placed in the center of the upper part of the plate. The numbers are navy blue. The lower part contains an inscription indicating the name of the town. The letters of this inscription are yellow. The surfaces of the digital recording and the letters on the plate reflect in streetlight and in the light of vehicle headlights.
