Segment wykladziny nawierzchniowej Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 16.07.2001r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest segment wykladziny nawierzchniowej nadajacy sie do ukladania wykladzin nawierzchniowych bez wzgledu na rodzaj podloza. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Wzór segmentu uwidoczniony jest na rysunku. Segment nawierzchniowy ma postac kwadratu którego sciany boczne maja wpusty A i wypusty B w ksztalcie teowym które usytuowane sa na przeciwleglych scianach . Teowy ksztalt wpustu A i wypustu B wyznaczony jest przez odcinek l i odcinek 2 pólki górnej teownika zas odcinek 3 i odcinek 4 wyznaczaja ksztalt stopyteownika. Na scianie czolowej segmentu na calym jego obwodzie usytuowany jest rowek prostopadloscienny 5. Korzystna cecha konstrukcji segmentu wedlug wzoru jest ksztalt teowy wpustów i wypustów, którego proporcje wymiarowe zapewniaja pewne wzajemne polaczenie segmentów, ograniczajac mozliwosc uszkodzenia tych polaczen w czasie montazu segmentów , oraz. zapewniaja sztywnosc nawierzchni w plaszczyznie poziomej i pionowej przez wpust usytuowany w scianach czolowych PL PL PLSurface Carpet Segment The right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since July 16, 2001. On the front wall of the segment, along its entire circumference, there is a rectangular groove 5. A beneficial feature of the segment design according to the pattern is the T-shape of the grooves and tongues, the dimensional proportions of which ensure a reliable mutual connection of the segments, limiting the possibility of damaging these connections during the assembly of the segments, and ensure the stiffness of the surface in the horizontal and vertical planes through the groove located in the front walls.
