Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest wykladzina nawierzchniowa zwlaszcza segmentowa wykonana z powtarzalnych z elementów wewnetrznych oraz elementów konturowych polaczonych ze soba w sposób rozlaczny. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Wykladzina przedstawiona zostala na rysunku w sposób schematyczny na którym fig. 1 przedstawia wykladzine ulozona z segmentów zewnetrznych i konturowych ,fig. 2 segment wewnetrzny natomiast fig. 3 fragment polaczenia segmentów. Wykladzina sklada sie z segmentów wewnetrznych I i segmentów konturowych 2 które na sciankach czolowych posiadaja rowek 6 i polaczone sa ze soba przez obce pióro 5. Element wewnetrzny i ma ksztalt kwadratu którego sciany sa profilowane w postaci wpustu 4 i wypustu 3 i sa usytuowane na przeciwleglych sciankach . Wpust 4 i wypust 3 maja ksztalt w postaci odcinka kola którego podstawa w postaci umownej linii prostej przeprowadzonej miedzy punktami styku odcinka kola z bokami elementu wewnetrznego ma dlugosc równa promieniowi odcinka kola o dlugosci 1/6 boku segmentu.Przedmiot wzoru umozliwia uzyskiwanie dowolnych powierzchni nawierzchniowych bez wzgledu na rodzaj podloza którym moze byc podloze betonowe, piaskowe trawiaste, drewniane oraz moze byc wykonany z dowolnego materialu konstrukcyjnego. The subject of an ornamental design is a surface covering, especially a segmented one, made of repetitive internal elements and contour elements connected together in a detachable manner. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines. The floor covering is presented schematically in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the floor covering composed of external and contour segments, Fig. 2 the internal segment, and Fig. 3 a fragment of the segment connection. The flooring consists of internal segments I and contour segments 2, each with a groove 6 on its end walls and connected by an external tongue 5. The internal element I has the shape of a square, the walls of which are profiled in the form of a groove 4 and a tongue 3, and are located on opposite walls. The groove 4 and the tongue 3 have the shape of a circular segment, the base of which, in the form of an imaginary straight line drawn between the points of contact of the circular segment with the sides of the internal element, has a length equal to the radius of the circular segment with a length of 1/6 of the segment side. The subject of the design allows for the creation of any surface regardless of the type of substrate, which can be concrete, sand, grass, or wood, and can be made of any construction material.
