PL 28352 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest postument pod pompe ciepla, znajdujacy zastosowanie do posadowienia pompy ciepla lub klimatyzatora nad poziomem gruntu lub innym podlozem w instalacji cieplownictwa lub instalacji klimatyzacyjnej. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac postumentu pod pompe ciepla, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie jego powierzchni zewnetrznej i ukladzie linii, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia rysunek postumentu pod pompe ciepla w widoku aksonometrycznym, a fig. 2 przedstawia fotografie postumentu pod pompe ciepla w widoku aksonometrycznym. Postument pod pompe ciepla pokazany na rysunku fig. 1 i fotografii fig. 2 wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma podstawe 1 w ksztalcie prostokatnej plyty z prostokatnym zaglebieniem utworzonym przez scianki boczne 2 i 3, które sa polaczone z dnem 4 w ksztalcie odwróconego ostroslupa scietego. W srodkowej czesci dna 4 jest usytuowany otwór przelotowy 5 w ksztalcie walca. Po bokach podstawy 1 nad dnem 4 znajduja sie co najmniej dwie stopy 6 w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu. Na górnej powierzchni stóp 6 znajduja sie dwa okragle otwory 8. W dolnej czesci stóp 6 nad dnem 4 znajduja sie kanaly 7 w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the heat pump pedestal, manifested in the shape of its external surface and the arrangement of lines, possessing an individual character. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows an axonometric drawing of the heat pump pedestal, and Fig. 2 shows a photograph of the heat pump pedestal in an axonometric view. The industrial design of the heat pump pedestal shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 is characterized by a base 1 in the shape of a rectangular plate with a rectangular recess formed by side walls 2 and 3, which are connected to a bottom 4 in the shape of an inverted truncated pyramid. A cylindrical through-hole 5 is located in the central part of the bottom 4. On the sides of the base 1, above the bottom 4, there are at least two cuboid feet 6. On the upper surface of the feet 6, there are two circular holes 8. In the lower part of the feet 6 above the bottom 4, there are cuboid channels 7. The heat pump pedestal is made of concrete. Essential features of the industrial design The pedestal for the heat pump according to the industrial design has a base 1 in the shape of a rectangular plate with a rectangular recess formed by side walls 2 and 3, which are connected to the bottom 4 in the shape of an inverted truncated pyramid, wherein in the middle part of the bottom 4 there is a cylindrical through-hole 5, and on the sides of the base 1 above the bottom 4 there are two cuboid feet 6, wherein in the lower part of the feet 6 above the bottom 4 there are cuboid channels 7, as shown in the drawing fig. 1 and the photograph fig. 2.
