Istota wzoru jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz kolorystyce niektórych elementów, a takze ukladzie linii. Wzór zostal przedstawiony na materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 jest fotografia pierwszego wykonania wzoru, fig. 2 fotografia innego wykonania wzoru, a fig. 3 jest fotografia kolejnego wykonania wzoru.Krzeslo sklada sie z czterech nóg siedziska i zamontowanego nad siedziskiem oparcia. Nogi krzesla maja postac pretów a przekrojach kolowych. Srednice pretów nóg przednich sa znacznie wieksze od srednic pretów nóg tylnych. Nogi przednie maja ksztalt prostych odcinków preta podgietych po luku. Czesci górne nóg przednich sa podlokietnikami. Prety nóg tylnych, w czesciach biegnacych od miejsc polaczenia z górnymi koncami nóg przednich do stopy, sa odcinkami prostymi, natomiast od stopy w kierunku siedziska odcinki pretów nóg tylnych sa lukami. Na wysokosci dolnych fragmentów lukowatych odcinków nóg przednich znajduje sie siedzisko wsparte na stelazu stanowiacym polaczenie lukowych odcinków nóg tylnych i majacych ksztalty pretów o przekroju kolowym wsporników, których konce wychodza z dolnych odcinków nóg przednich. Powierzchnie nóg przednich oraz powierzchnie nóg tylnych i wsporników maja polysk metaliczny, jak pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 1. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, intended for aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape and the coloring of certain elements, as well as the arrangement of lines. The design is presented in illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 is a photograph of the first design, Fig. 2 is a photograph of another design, and Fig. 3 is a photograph of another design. The chair consists of four seat legs and a backrest mounted above the seat. The chair legs are in the form of rods with circular cross-sections. The diameters of the front leg rods are significantly larger than those of the rear leg rods. The front legs are shaped as straight rod sections bent in an arc. The upper sections of the front legs serve as armrests. The rear leg rods, in the sections extending from the points of connection with the upper ends of the front legs to the foot, are straight sections, while from the foot toward the seat, the rear leg rod sections are arcs. At the height of the lower portions of the arced front leg sections, the seat is supported by a frame consisting of a combination of arced rear leg sections and circular-section rod-shaped supports, the ends of which extend from the lower sections of the front legs. The surfaces of the front legs and the surfaces of the rear legs and supports have a metallic sheen, as shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 1. According to another embodiment of the design, the surfaces of the front legs have the color and texture of wood, while the surfaces of the rear legs and supports have a metallic sheen, as shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 2.
