Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pojemnika przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony zostal na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - pojemnik w widoku z boku, fig.3 - pojemnik w widoku z tylu. Pojemnik sklada sie zasadniczo z dwóch czesci, dolnej stanowiacej podstawe pojemnika oraz górnej w postaci zbiornika. Podstawa pojemnika zblizona jest ksztaltem do splaszczonego walca o eliptycznym przekroju. Natomiast w widoku z przodu przypomina poziomy prostokat. Górna podstawa tego prostokata jest wkleslym lukiem. Dolna podstawa przedmiotowego prostokata ma zas w zarysie ksztalt luku lekko wypuklego, przy czym w srodkowej czesci wycieta jest w formie grzebienia. W czesci tylnej podstawypojemnika znajduje sie przypinka w postaci plaskiej tasmy zawinietej dosrodkowo i skierowanej ku górze oraz poziomo skierowana ramka stanowiaca przedluzenie dolnej czesci podstawy pojemnika. Zbiornik pojemnika posiada ksztalt zblizony do zamknietej, dwuczesciowej, symetrycznej muszli, w widoku z przodu przypominajacej wygladem polówke rozety, nieco wydluzonej ku górze. PL PLContainer. The subject of the ornamental design is a container. The essence of the design is a new form of the container, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the container from the front, Fig. 2 - the container from the side, Fig. 3 - the container from the back. The container consists essentially of two parts: a lower part constituting the base of the container, and an upper part in the form of a reservoir. The base of the container resembles a flattened cylinder with an elliptical cross-section. In the front view, however, it resembles a horizontal rectangle. The upper base of this rectangle is a concave arc. The lower base of the rectangle in question has a slightly convex arc shape, with a crest-shaped cutout in the center. The rear base of the container features a flat ribbon pin wrapped inward and pointing upward, as well as a horizontally oriented frame extending from the lower base of the container. The container's reservoir has a shape similar to a closed, two-part, symmetrical shell, resembling half a rosette in front, slightly elongated upward.
