Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego uksztaltowaniu. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na ilustracjii przedstawia- jacej na fig. 1 i fig. 2 widok etui w dwóch odmianach.Istota etui ekspozycyjnego na monety, wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, majacego postac plaskiego prostopadloscianu, polega na tym, ze doina scianka podstawy wystaje poza obrys etui, a w górnej powierzchni ma walcowe dwustopniowe wglebienie na monete, którego wieksza srednica odpowiada srednicy monety. Etui pokazane na fig. 1 ma podstawe w ksztalcie kwadratu, ze scietymi plasko narozami, zas we wglebienu ma plaska podkladke z jezyczkiem pod monete. Etui pokazane na fig. 2 ma podstawe w ksztalcie osmiokata. Moze miec takze ksztalt szesciokata. The essence of the design is the new form of the object, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the illustrations in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, showing two versions of the case. The essence of the coin display case, according to the ornamental design, in the form of a flat cuboid, is that the lower wall of the base protrudes beyond the outline of the case, and in the upper surface it has a cylindrical, two-stage recess for the coin, the larger diameter of which corresponds to the diameter of the coin.
