Efekt estetyczny zapewnia nowa postac urzadzenia, poprzez oryginalne, swoiste uksztaltowanie zewnetrznych powierzchni misy paleniska na podstawie. Przejawy przemyslowej twórczosci wzorniczej, które zakreslaja istote przedmiotowego wzoru uwidoczniono w sposób pelny na rysunkach, stanowiacych integralna czesc zgloszenia i ilustrujacych wraz z opisem wzoru cechy istotne w zakresie zadanej ochrony prawnej. Ponadto poszczególne odmiany róznia sie dodatkowo miedzy soba: Odmiana I wzoru – na podstawie o ksztalcie cylindra posiada mise paleniskowa z wewnetrznym zasobnikiem zarowym, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku w Fig. 1.1, 1.2 i 1.3. Odmiana II wzoru – posiada mise paleniskowa, zamocowana na podstawie o ksztalcie niskiego cylindra, nakryta plyta czworoboczna z osadzonym w niej pierscieniem i nadstawionym rusztem w wewnetrznym otworze i dodatkowym krazkiem rusztowym, oraz z pokrywa, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku w Fig. 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 i 2.4. Odmiana III wzoru – posiada mise paleniskowa, zamocowana na podstawie o ksztalcie wyso- kiego cylindra, nakryta plyta czworoboczna z osadzonym w niej pierscieniem i nadstawionym rusztem w wewnetrznym otworze, oraz z pokrywa, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku w Fig. 3.1, 3.2 i 3.3. Ksztalty i proporcje poszczególnych czesci, w postaci wzoru i jego odmian, nadaja grillowi przenosnemu z paleniskiem swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. The aesthetic effect is achieved by the new form of the device, thanks to the original, unique shaping of the external surfaces of the firebox bowl on the base. The manifestations of industrial design creativity that define the essence of the design are fully demonstrated in the drawings, which constitute an integral part of the application and, together with the design description, illustrate the features essential to the claimed legal protection. As shown in the drawings, the designs have a distinctive appearance provided by significant features: – a significant feature common to all design variations is a fire bowl in the shape of a truncated quadrilateral pyramid mounted on a cylindrical base, as shown in the attached drawing. Furthermore, the individual variations differ from each other in the following ways: Design variation I – on a cylindrical base, has a fire bowl with an internal ember reservoir, as shown in the attached drawings in Figs. 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3. Design variant II – has a fire bowl mounted on a low cylindrical base, covered with a quadrangular plate with a ring embedded in it and a grate placed in the inner opening and an additional grate disc, and with a lid, as shown in the attached drawings in Fig. 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 and 2.4. Design variant III – has a fire bowl mounted on a high cylindrical base, covered with a quadrangular plate with a ring embedded in it and a grate placed in the inner opening, and with a lid, as shown in the attached drawings in Fig. 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3. The shapes and proportions of the individual parts, in the form of the design and its variants, give the portable grill with a fire bowl a unique and original appearance.
