Efekt estetyczny zapewnia nowa postac urzadzenia, poprzez oryginalne, swoiste uksztaltowanie zewnetrznych powierzchni misy paleniska na podstawie. Przejawy przemyslowej twórczosci wzorniczej, które zakreslaja istote przedmiotowego wzoru uwidoczniono w sposób pelny na rysunkach, stanowiacych integralna czesc zgloszenia i ilustrujacych wraz z opisem wzoru cechy istotne w zakresie zadanej ochrony prawnej. Zestaw rysunków przedstawia: Fig. 1 ukazuje widok z boku grilla z misa paleniskowa i nadstawionym nad plyta rusztem osadzonych na podstawie o ksztalcie krzyza, Fig. 2 – widok z góry na blat z pierscieniem i okraglym rusztem, Fig. 3 – widok ukosem na grill z podstawa o ksztalcie krzyza równoramiennego. Jak pokazano na figurach rysunku, wzór posiada swoisty wyglad nadany poprzez cechy istotne: misa paleniskowa o ksztalcie scietego ostroslupa czworobocznego osadzona na podstawie o ksztalcie krzyza równoramiennego, przy czym ramiona podstawy ma umieszczone pod narozami czworobocznej misy paleniskowej, która nakryta jest plyta czworoboczna z osadzonym w niej pierscieniem i nadstawionym rusztem w wewnetrznym otworze, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku w Fig. 1, Fig. 2 i Fig. 3. Ksztalty i proporcje poszczególnych czesci, w postaci wzoru i jego odmian, nadaja grillowi przenosnemu z paleniskiem swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. The aesthetic effect is provided by the new form of the device, through the original, unique shaping of the external surfaces of the firebox bowl on the base. The manifestations of industrial design creativity that define the essence of the subject design are fully visible in the drawings, which constitute an integral part of the application and, together with the description of the design, illustrate the features essential to the desired legal protection. The set of drawings shows: Fig. 1 shows a side view of the grill with the firebox bowl and a grate placed above the hob, mounted on a cross-shaped base; Fig. 2 – a top view of the countertop with a ring and a round grate; Fig. 3 – an oblique view of the grill with a base in the shape of an isosceles cross. As shown in the drawing figures, the design has a specific appearance given by the following essential features: a fire bowl in the shape of a truncated quadrilateral pyramid mounted on a base in the shape of an isosceles cross, with the arms of the base placed under the corners of the quadrilateral fire bowl, which is covered with a quadrilateral plate with a ring embedded in it and a grate placed in the inner opening, as shown in the attached drawings in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3. The shapes and proportions of the individual parts, in the form of the design and its variations, give the portable grill with a fire bowl a specific and original appearance.
