The subject of the ornamental design is a protective label made of heat shrink film for gas cylinders, in the form of a sheet of flexible transparent film tightly enveloping the cylindrical object. The label is intended for informative marking and protective packaging of filled cylindrical portable gas cylinders. Retail-filled portable gas cylinders for home, utility, and travel use with standard capacities of 0.5 kg, 1 kg, 2 kg, 3 kg, 5 kg, 11 kg, and 33 kg are sold without any packaging, and only occasionally are they provided with loose information leaflets with inscriptions, drawings, and/or graphics, and/or pictograms, and/or other markings informing the user/buyer about the cylinder's contents, manufacturer, and operating conditions. Cylinders sold in this manner lack special protection to prevent tampering with their valve. The essence of the design is a new form of flexible, transparent packaging made of heat-shrinkable foil, which is both an information and identification label, manifesting itself in the shape and arrangement of lines, giving the item bearing the label a specific aesthetic and original appearance. In the upper part, above the information field, near the upper edge, a narrow, flexible connecting strip is located parallel to the cylindrical axis. Its central section also includes a narrow information field covered with letters or numbers of varying gradation, inscriptions, drawings, graphics, pictograms, and/or other markings. This strip is connected to a similarly constructed upper, flexible sleeve made of heat-shrinkable film, as shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 7 and 8. The label provides essential information about the contents of each type of portable gas-filled cylinder, the manufacturer, and operating conditions for the user in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
