Kazimiera Meka, Mieczyslaw Sztrajbel Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 26.07.2001r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest spód obuwniczy stosowany zwlaszcza w obuwiu meskim. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i kolorze. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych zdjeciach i ilustracjach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia spód obuwniczy w widoku z boku, fig. 2 spód obuwniczy w widoku z tylu, fig. 3 spód obuwniczy w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu i z boku i fig. 4 spód obuwniczy w widoku z dolu. Spód obuwniczy zbudowany jest z podeszwy przechodzacej w obcas o ksztalcie zblizonym do ksztaltu ludzkiej stopy. Spód obuwniczy w przedniej czesci, znajdujacej sie w bucie przed palcami stopy jest zaokraglony.Dolna czesc spodu obuwniczego w calosci przylega do podloza. Boczne powierzchnie spodu nie stykajace sie bezposrednio z podlozem stanowia obszary o niewielkiej szerokosci, jednakze ulegaja niewielkiemu poszerzeniu w obszarze przedpalcowym oraz znacznemu poszerzeniu w obszarze pietowym, (fig. 1) Obszar górnej czesci bocznej czesci spodu obuwniczego w obszarze sródstopiowym i pietowym jest bardziej wypukly od dolnej czesci tego obszaru, która zaczyna sie w sródstopiu spodu i jej górna krawedz biegnie lagodnie wznoszaca sie krzywa drugiego stopnia ku piecie spodu. (fig. 1,3) Ponadto boczna powierzchnia spodu w obszarze pietowym ulega stopniowemu uwypuklaniu sie do polowy swojej wysokosci, po czym wypuklosc ulega stopniowemu zmniejszeniu az do górnej krawedzi bocznej powierzchni spodu w tym obszarze, (fig. 2) W tylnej czesci zwezajacej sie bocznej powierzchni spodu w obszarze pietowym znajduje sie obszar czworokatny, sluzacy do umieszczania dowolnego logo lub nazwy firmy. (fig. 2) Litery skladajace sie na logo lub nazwe firmy sa wypukle w stosunku do powierzchni, na której sa umieszczone. Litery skladajace sie na logo lub nazwe firmy maja kolor kontrastowy w stosunku do obszaru, na którym sa umieszczone, (fig. 1,2,3) W niewielkiej odleglosci od górnej, bocznej krawedzi spodu obuwniczego, zarówno w obszarze pietowym, w którym boczny obszar spodu ulega poszerzeniu jak i obszarze przedpalcowym, w którym boczny obszar spodu ulega poszerzeniu znajduje sie niewielkie wglebienie, przyjmujace postac linii równoleglej do krawedzi spodu. (fig. 1,2,3)Na calej bocznej powierzchni spodu obuwniczego, w niewielkiej odleglosci od dolnej krawedzi bocznej powierzchni spodu znajduje sie niewielkie wglebienie, przyjmujace postac linii okalajacej cala boczna powierzchnie spodu. (fig. 1,2,3) Na calej powierzchni spodu, która bezposrednio przylega do podloza wyodrebnione sa obszary prostokatne, które sluza do umieszczania dowolnego logo lub nazwy firmy. Litery logo lub nazwy firmy sa wypukle w stosunku do obszarów prostokatnych, na których sa umieszczane. W konsekwencji cala powierzchnia spodu obuwniczego stykajaca sie bezposrednio z podlozem jest pokryta powtarzajacym sie logo lub nazwa firmy. Powyzsze wlasciwosci zostaly ukazane na zalaczonej dokumentacji graficznej. PL PLKazimiera Meka, Mieczysław Sztrajbel's right of registration for an ornamental design has been in effect since July 26, 2001. The subject of the ornamental design is a shoe sole used particularly in men's footwear. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and color. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photographs and illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the shoe sole from a side view, Fig. 2 the shoe sole from a back view, Fig. 3 the shoe sole in a perspective view from the back and side, and Fig. 4 the shoe sole from below. The shoe sole consists of a sole that transitions into a heel, with a shape similar to the human foot. The front part of the shoe sole, located in front of the toes, is rounded. The lower part of the shoe sole is completely in contact with the ground. The lateral surfaces of the sole that do not directly contact the ground are narrow, but they are slightly wider in the pre-toe area and significantly wider in the heel area (fig. 1). The upper part of the lateral part of the shoe sole in the metatarsal and heel areas is more convex than the lower part of this area, which begins at the metatarsus of the sole and its upper edge follows a gently rising second-degree curve toward the heel of the sole. (fig. 1,3) Furthermore, the lateral surface of the sole in the heel area gradually bulges to half its height, after which the bulge gradually decreases until it reaches the upper edge of the lateral surface of the sole in this area. (fig. 2) In the rear part of the tapering lateral surface of the sole in the heel area there is a quadrangular area for placing any logo or company name. (fig. 2) The letters making up the logo or company name are convex in relation to the surface on which they are placed. The letters that make up the logo or company name are in a contrasting color to the area on which they are placed (Fig. 1, 2, 3). A short distance from the upper lateral edge of the shoe sole, both in the heel area, where the lateral area of the sole is widened, and in the pre-toe area, where the lateral area of the sole is widened, there is a small indentation in the form of a line parallel to the edge of the sole. (Fig. 1, 2, 3) On the entire lateral surface of the shoe sole, a short distance from the lower edge of the lateral surface of the sole, there is a small indentation in the form of a line surrounding the entire lateral surface of the sole. (Fig. 1, 2, 3) On the entire surface of the sole that is directly adjacent to the ground, there are rectangular areas designated for the placement of any logo or company name. The letters of the logo or company name are raised relative to the rectangular areas on which they are placed. As a result, the entire surface of the shoe sole in direct contact with the ground is covered with a repeating logo or company name. These characteristics are shown in the attached graphic documentation.
