Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i barwie. Ich czesc stanowi równiez punkt bedacy srodkiem elementu owalnego.Czesc podpodbiciowa podeszwy posiada kolor kontrastowy w stosunku do powierzchni obcasa. Przednia krawedz obszaru podpodbiciowego ma ksztalt dwóch schodzacych sie pod ostrym katem krzywych drugiego stopnia, co jest ukazane na zalaczonym materiale graficznym. The subject of the ornamental design is a shoe sole used particularly in men's footwear. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and color. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the shoe sole from below, and Fig. 2 shows the shoe sole in perspective views from below, from the side, and from the back. According to the ornamental design, the shoe sole consists of a heel and a sole with a shape similar to the human foot. The front part of the sole, located in front of the toes, is beveled with a slightly rounded edge, and the corners of the bevel are slightly rounded. The part of the sole in direct contact with the ground has a light tread or is smooth. The remaining part of the sole is smooth. The part of the sole in contact with the ground gradually tapers into a narrower under-instep section. The under-instep section transitions into the over-the-heel section, which then transitions into a low heel. The heel has a width equal to the width of the over-the-heel section of the sole and a shape identical to the over-the-heel section of the sole. The heel wall, located at the boundary between the under-instep section of the sole and the over-the-heel section of the sole, has a slightly concave shape. One corner of the heel, which is in direct contact with the ground and is located on the inner edge of the foot, is slightly beveled. The rear part of the heel's surface in contact with the ground may be covered with a tread. The instep portion of the sole is a contrasting color to the heel surface. It can be used to display a company name or any logo. The front edge of the instep area is shaped like two second-degree curves meeting at a sharp angle, as shown in the attached graphic. The toe and forefoot portions of the sole may be covered with tread.
