Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac filtra magnetycznego przejawiajaca sie ksztal- tem i ukladem linii, które nadaja dla filtra magnetycznego oryginalny wyglad umozliwiajacy jego identy- fikacje. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku – fotografii, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia filtr magnetyczny w widoku aksonometrycznym od strony pokretla, Fig. 2 przedstawia filtr magnetyczny w widoku z boku, Fig. 3 przedstawia filtr magnetyczny w widoku aksonometrycznym w pozycji pionowej, Fig. 4 przedstawia filtr magnetyczny w widoku czolowym, od strony pokretla, nato- miast Fig. 5 przedstawia filtr magnetyczny w widoku aksonometrycznym od strony polaczenia wejscia do grzejnika. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego ujawnionego na zalaczonym rysunku – fotografii od Fig. 1 do Fig. 5, jest nowa postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawiajaca sie prostymi ukladami linii ksztaltu filtra magnetycznego, pokretla i korpusu filtra magnetycznego, na którym widoczne sa oryginalne ksztalty polaczen filtra magnetycznego z grzejnikiem, jak pokazano na rysunku Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4 i Fig. 5. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of magnetic filter, manifested by the shape and arrangement of lines that give the magnetic filter an original appearance enabling its identification. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing/photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the magnetic filter in an axonometric view from the knob side, Fig. 2 shows the magnetic filter in a side view, Fig. 3 shows the magnetic filter in an axonometric view in a vertical position, Fig. 4 shows the magnetic filter in a frontal view from the knob side, and Fig. 5 shows the magnetic filter in an axonometric view from the radiator input connection side. An important feature of the industrial design disclosed in the attached drawing – photographs from Fig. 1 to Fig. 5, is a new form of the industrial design manifested by simple arrangements of lines of the shape of the magnetic filter, the knob and the magnetic filter body, on which the original shapes of the connections between the magnetic filter and the radiator are visible, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4 and Fig. 5.
