PL 26317 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stopka meblowa narozna wytlaczana z tworzywa sztucznego, znajdujaca zastosowanie jako element wyposazenia mebli. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, nadana mu przez cechy linii i material z którego jest wykonana. Stopka jest jednolita bryla w której wyodrebnia sie pionowy slupek i dwa poziome ramiona. Slupek w stosunku do poziomych ramion jest skierowany w dól i odchylony na zewnatrz od pionu, ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu zwezajacego sie ku dolowi, w dolnej i srodkowej czesci swej dlugosci posiada od strony wewnetrznej pionowe wybranie w ksztalcie rowka, zas dwa poziome ramiona i górna strona slupka zaopatrzone sa w gniazda do osadzenia wkretów mocujacych stopke do mebla. The essence of an industrial design is a new form of the product manifested in its shape, given to it by the features of the line and the material from which it is made. The subject of the industrial design is visible in the illustrative material in the form of a photograph and a drawing, in which Fig. 1 - shows a perspective view of a photograph of a corner furniture foot in the vertical position in which it is mounted to the furniture, Fig. 2 - a drawing of a furniture foot in a side view and Fig. 3 - a drawing of the furniture foot from the upper side. The footer is a uniform shape with a vertical post and two horizontal arms. In relation to the horizontal arms, the post is directed downwards and tilted outwards from the vertical, it has the shape of a cuboid narrowing downwards, in the lower and middle part of its length it has a vertical recess in the shape of a groove on the inner side, and the two horizontal arms and the upper side of the post are equipped with sockets for mounting screws that attach the foot to the furniture.
