PL 26848 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest slup kolejowej sieci trakcyjnej sluzacy jako konstrukcja wsporcza. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której: fig. 1 przedstawia slup w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 – widok slupa z boku, fig. 3 – powiekszony widok w dolu, a fig. 4 – powiekszony widok z góry. Wytwór wedlug wzoru wykonany jest z profili zamknietych. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego dotycza ksztaltu. Wzór przemyslowy wyróznia sie: ? slup posiada od dolu dwa profile rurowe polaczone dwoma lacznikami, ? slup posiada w górnej czesci profili rurowych pólke do, której przymocowany jest centralnie poprzez spawanie profil prostopadloscienny, ? slup ma u podstawy prostokatna stopke wyposazona w naroznikach w otwory montazowe. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustration, in which: Fig. 1 shows the pole in a front view, Fig. 2 – a side view of the pole, Fig. 3 – an enlarged bottom view, and Fig. 4 – an enlarged top view. The product according to the design is made of closed profiles. The essential features of the industrial design concern the shape. The industrial design is distinguished by: ? the pole has two tubular profiles connected by two connectors at the bottom, ? the pole has a shelf in the upper part of the tubular profiles, to which a cuboidal profile is centrally attached by welding, ? the pole has a rectangular foot at the base with mounting holes in the corners.
