Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac tubki na lody, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, który przedstawia tubke na lody. Tubka na lody wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, obejmujaca korpus tuby oraz walcowa nakretke w kolorze srebrzysto-sza- rym, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze na powierzchni korpusu tuby znajduje sie grafika obejmujaca: pomaranczowy zarys platka sniegu, na tle którego usytuowane sa cztery prostokatne pola, w których znajduja sie kolejno: w pierwszym- zarys trójkata z wykrzyknikiem, w srodkowym- zarys strzalki, w trzecim- za-rys zarówki, a w czwartym- napis slowny, oraz dwa ciemnonie- bieskie napisy literowe, jeden usytuowany pionowo na tle za- rysu platka, a drugi usytuowany poziomo ponizej szwu korpusu tuby. Ponadto przy poziomym napisie literowym znajduje sie bialo-niebiesko-czerwony znak graficzny skladajacy sie z nie- bieskiego kwadratu z wpisanym bialym kolistym polem, w którym wrysowany jest niebieski zarys liscia oraz czerwony trójkat z bialym napisem literowym. The essence of the design is a new form of the ice cream tube, manifested in its shape. The design is shown in the attached drawing, which depicts an ice cream tube. An ice cream tube in the decorative pattern, comprising the tube body and a cylindrical silver-grey cap, is characterised by the fact that on the surface of the tube body there is a graphic comprising: an orange outline of a snowflake, against the background of which there are four rectangular fields, in which there are, respectively: in the first - the outline of a triangle with an exclamation mark, in the middle - the outline of an arrow, in the third - the outline of a light bulb, and in the fourth - a word inscription, as well as two dark blue letter inscriptions, one placed vertically against the background of the snowflake outline and the other placed horizontally below the seam of the tube body. Additionally, next to the horizontal lettering there is a white, blue, and red graphic symbol consisting of a blue square with a white circular field inside, in which a blue outline of a leaf is drawn, and a red triangle with a white lettering.
