According to the industrial design, the seat has the following components: seat, backrest, headrest, handle and rear cover with side profiles of the seat. The novelty and originality of the seat, according to the industrial design, is mainly manifested in the specific shape and proportions of the product and in the use of side profiles as the main structural element. The armchair, in all variants, has the same seat, backrest, and headrest. In the first variant, the armchair, according to the industrial design, shown in Fig. 1a, Fig. 1b, Fig. 1c, Fig. 1d, and Fig. 1e, has a side view of the seat in a shape similar to a trapezoid, slightly narrowing towards the backrest. The front part of the seat has slightly rounded corners. In the front view, the upper surface of the seat has the shape of an open trapezoid with obtuse angles. The backrest, viewed from the bottom, resembles a rectangle, becoming a trapezoid in the upper, much smaller section. The backrest features three longitudinal stripes, the wider, central one forming the backrest proper, while the two narrower stripes define the sides of the backrest. The ratio of each side stripe's width to the center stripe is approximately 1:3. In the front view, the side stripes, on the seat and center stripe sides, taper slightly toward the bottom, toward the outside of the seat. The backrest, viewed from the side, is shaped like two interconnected arcs, the lower one contoured toward the seat, and the upper arc contoured in the opposite direction to the lower arc. The backrest is embedded in a casing with armrests on either side. Each armrest has a cover and a cast. The headrest is a U-shaped solid. Its rear wall is trapezoidal with rounded connections between the sides and the upper base. The lower, horizontal edge of the U-shaped side forms an approximately right angle with the vertical edge of the side. The second vertical edge of the U-shaped side is initially parallel to the vertical edge from the bottom of the U-shaped side, then forms a trapezoidal shape. The lower edges of the headrest align with the upper edges of the backrest, and the rear line of the headrest side is an extension of the rear line of the backrest. At the back of the backrest, in the lower part of its cover, there is a relief and a magazine net attachment. It is preferable if the distance between the net and the cover on the sides and from the cover in the lower part is equal. Above the embossment, in the center of the cover, sits a tilting rectangular tabletop. On the left side, the armchair has a handle attached at its lower end to the backrest cover, and at its upper end to the side of the headrest. The handle is similar in shape to a PL 26009 3 C-profile, with the lower side resembling a triangle with a rounded outer side, giving the handle a unique appearance. In the second version, the armchair, based on the industrial design, shown in Fig. 2a, Fig. 2b, and Fig. 2c of the illustrations, is the same as in the first version, except that the handle is on the right side of the seat. In the third version, the armchair, based on the industrial design, shown in Fig. 3a, Fig. 3b, and Fig. 3c of the illustrations, is the same as in the first version, except that it has a single armrest on the left side of the seat. In the fourth variation, the industrial design armchair shown in fig. 4a, fig. 4b, and fig. 4c is the same as the first variation, except it has a handle and armrest on the right side of the seat. In the fifth variation, the industrial design armchair shown in fig. 5a, fig. 5b, and fig. 5c is the same as the first variation, except the back of the backrest lacks the embossing, press mesh, and table top. In the sixth variation, the industrial design armchair shown in fig. 6a, fig. 6b, and fig. 6c is the same as the fifth variation, except the handle is on the right side of the seat. In the seventh variation, the industrial design armchair shown in fig. 7a, fig. 7b, and fig. 7c is the same as the sixth variation, except it does not have a handle. In the eighth variation, the industrial design armchair shown in Fig. 8a, Fig. 8b, and Fig. 8c of the illustrations is the same as in the sixth variation, except that it has only a right armrest. In the ninth variation, the industrial design armchair shown in Fig. 9a, Fig. 9b, and Fig. 9c of the illustrations is the same as in the fifth variation, except that it has only a left armrest. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The essential features of the industrial design are manifest in the fact that the backrest of the armchair in the front view, in all variations, has a shape similar to a rectangle from below, transforming, in the upper, smaller section, into a trapezoid. The front view of the backrest shows three longitudinal strips, the wider, central one constituting the actual backrest, while the two narrower strips form the defined sides of the backrest. The ratio of the width of each side strip to the width of the central strip is approximately 1:3. In the front view, the side strips, from the central strip side, taper slightly towards the bottom towards the outside of the seat. The headrest is a shape similar to a C-shaped section. Its rear wall is trapezoidal with rounded connections between the sides and the upper base. The lower, horizontal edge of the C-shaped section forms an approximately right angle with the vertical edge of the C-shaped section. The second, vertical edge of the C-shaped section is initially parallel to the first vertical edge from the bottom of the C-shaped section, and then forms a shape close to a trapezoid. The headrest, with its lower edges, is flush with the upper edges of the backrest, and the rear line of the headrest's side is an extension of the rear line of the backrest. The cover is as long as the backrest but narrower on both sides. In some variants, the cover has a recess that accommodates a table and a net, with the table and net in a side view matching the side profile of the seat cover. In a side view, the seat has a trapezoidal shape that tapers slightly towards the backrest. The front of the seat has rounded corners. In a front view, the upper surface of the seat has an open trapezoidal shape with obtuse angles.
