PL 25667 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nalewak przeznaczony do nalewania plynów w szcze- gólnosci do napojów i nalewek. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac nalewaka o oryginalnym wygladzie przejawia- jacym sie jego ksztalcie oraz kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na ilustracji, na której fig. 1 przedstawia widok z przodu nalewaka w odmianie pierwszej, fig. 2 – widok nalewaka w ujeciu perspektywicznym w odmianie pierwszej, a fig. 3 – widok nalewaka w ujeciu perspektywicznym w odmianie drugiej. Cecha istotna nalewaka jest jego ksztalt z trzema wypustami umozliwiajacymi rozlewanie napoju do trzech naczyn jednoczesnie, gwarantuje to równomierna zawartosc. Nalewak wykonany jest z dwóch elementów. Pierwszy z nich stanowiacy glówna czesc nalewaka i wykonany jest z tworzywa sztucznego – szkla akrylowego. Uszczelka wykonana jest z sylikonu. Górna czesc zlewki umieszczana jest w otwo- rze butelki, dzieki stozkowatemu ksztaltowi moze dopasowac sie do wiekszosci produkowanych butelek. Po odwróceniu butelki, zlewka napelnia sie plynem, a jego zawartosc przemieszcza sie trzema kana- lami, umieszczonymi na tej samej wysokosci. W ten sposób plyn zostaje równomiernie rozlany do po- jemników. Projektowany przedmiot moze wystapic w dwóch odmianach, zaprezentowanych na fig. 2 i fig. 3. Na fig. 2 przedstawiono nalewak w pierwszej odmianie, gdzie wypusty sluzace do nalewania na- pojów maja postac prostych rurek. Na fig. 3 przedstawiono nalewak w drugiej odmianie, gdzie wypusty sluzace do nalewania napo- jów maja postac zakrzywionych rurek. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the pourer with an original appearance, evident in its shape and colors. The industrial design is presented in the illustration, where Fig. 1 shows the front view of the pourer in the first version, Fig. 2 – a perspective view of the pourer in the first version, and Fig. 3 – a perspective view of the pourer in the second version. A significant feature of the pourer is its shape, with three projections allowing the beverage to be poured into three containers simultaneously, ensuring even distribution. The pourer is made of two elements. The first, constituting the main part of the pourer, is made of plastic – acrylic glass. The seal is made of silicone. The top of the beaker is placed in the bottle opening, and thanks to its conical shape, it can fit most manufactured bottles. When the bottle is inverted, the beaker fills with liquid, and its contents flow through three channels located at the same height. This way, the liquid is evenly poured into the containers. The designed product is available in two versions, shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3. Fig. 2 shows the first version of the pourer, where the outlets for pouring beverages are in the form of straight tubes. Fig. 3 shows the second version of the pourer, where the outlets for pouring beverages are in the form of curved tubes.
