PL 25138 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest przeslo ogrodzeniowe w formie modulu ogrodzeniowego. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przesla ogrodzeniowego przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz z jakiego materialu jest wykonane. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego w dwóch odmianach przedstawiono na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 ukazuje pierwsza odmiane przesla w widoku ogólnym, fotografia fig. 2 ukazuje druga odmiane, a fig. 3 ukazuje powiekszony wspólny fragment kazdej z tych odmian przesla w widoku z góry na laczenia pretów. Przeslo ogrodzeniowe przeznaczone jest do budowy ogrodzen jako modul ogrodzeniowy montowany do slupów. Przeslo pierwszej odmiany cechuje sie tym, ze prety poziome, sparowane lub pojedyncze, sa ulozone równolegle do siebie z jego prawej i lewej strony, a w srodkowej czesci sa ulozone skosnie ku górze i ku dolowi. Miedzy pretami poziomymi z uskokiem, umieszczone sa prety proste. Góra i dól przesla zakonczone sa pretami poziomymi prostymi, sparowanymi, ulozonymi na calej szerokosci. Prety poziome wystepuja w ukladzie parami lub pojedynczo. Pomiedzy sparowanymi pretami poziomymi zamieszczone sa pionowe pojedyncze prety stalowe polaczone z nimi na zgrzewanie. Przeslo w drugiej odmianie rózni sie od przesla w pierwszej odmianie tym iz pomiedzy pretami poziomymi z uskokiem nie ma umieszczonych pretów prostych, jak pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji, na fig. 2. The essence of the industrial design is a new and original form of the fence rail, manifested in its shape, line layout, and material. The subject of the industrial design in two variations is presented in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the rail in a general view, Fig. 2 shows the second variant, and Fig. 3 shows an enlarged common fragment of each of these variants of the rail in a top view showing the bar connections. The fence rail is intended for the construction of fences as a fence module mounted to posts. The first variant of the rail is characterized by horizontal bars, paired or single, arranged parallel to each other on its right and left sides, and in the central part they are arranged diagonally upwards and downwards. Straight bars are placed between the offset horizontal bars. The top and bottom of the beam are terminated with straight, paired horizontal bars, arranged across the entire width. The horizontal bars are arranged in pairs or individually. Between the paired horizontal bars are vertical, single steel bars, welded together. The second type of beam differs from the first type in that there are no straight bars between the offset horizontal bars, as shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 2.
