Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przesla ogrodzeniowego przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz z jakiego materialu jest wykonane. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego w dwóch odmianach przedstawiono na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 ukazuje pierwsza odmiane przesla w widoku ogólnym, fotografia fig. 2 ukazuje druga odmiane, a fig. 3 ukazuje powiekszony wspólny fragment kazdej z tych odmian przesla w widoku z góry, na laczenia pretów. Przeslo ogrodzeniowe przeznaczone jest do budowy ogrodzen jako modul ogrodzeniowy usytuowany miedzy slupkami. Przeslo pierwszej odmiany cechuje sie tym, ze umieszczony jest na nim romb utworzony z pretów stalowych. Poziome prety wystepuja w ukladzie parami. Pomiedzy nimi zamieszczone sa pionowe prety stalowe w regularnych od siebie odstepach i polaczone z nimi na zgrzewanie, jak pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji, fig. 1a w odniesieniu do polaczen pretów sparowanych na fig. 3. Przeslo w drugiej odmianie rózni sie od przesla w pierwszej odmianie tym, ze posiada dwa romby utworzone z pretów stalowych, jak pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji, na fig. 2. The essence of the industrial design is a new and original form of the fence rail, manifested in its shape, line layout, and material. The subject of the industrial design in two variations is presented in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the rail in a general view, Fig. 2 shows the second variant, and Fig. 3 shows an enlarged common fragment of each of these variants of the rail in a top view, showing the bar connections. The fence rail is intended for the construction of fences as a fence module positioned between posts. The first variant of the rail is characterized by a rhombus formed of steel bars. The horizontal bars are arranged in pairs. Between them, vertical steel bars are placed at regular intervals and connected to them by welding, as shown in the attached illustration, fig. 1a, with reference to the connections of paired bars in fig. 3. The second variant of the bar differs from the first variant in that it has two rhombuses made of steel bars, as shown in the attached illustration, fig. 2.
