PL 24790 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampa (model PP P220) do oswietlania biur, sklepów i mieszkan. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi jego ksztalt zewnetrzny, proporcje elementy zdobnicze i innowacyjny sposób mocowania. Odmiany lamp róznia sie kolorystyka – odmiana I ma kolor bialy, a odmiana II kolor czarny. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego w obu odmianach kolorystycznych (biel i czern) jest to, ze lampa ma ksztalt cylindra o wymiarach 65 cm x 160 cm, z miejscem na umieszczenie wewnatrz zarówki, z przyslonieta od góry regulowanymi pierscieniami i przede wszystkim z innowacyjnym sposobem mocowania. Od dolu lampa oslonieta jest plaskim pierscieniem z otworami mocujacymi do sufitu lub sciany w miejscach doprowadzenia przewodu elektrycznego. Lampa dostosowana jest do systemu modulu Led. Podstawa systemu mocowania jest nagwintowany plaski krazek aluminiowy, który mocowany jest srubami do miejsca przyczepu, a nastepnie cala lampa jest nakrecana na ten krazek (tzw. baze). Taki sposób mocowania powoduje, ze nie sa widoczne z zewnatrz zadne sruby i systemy mocowan, co stanowi o innowacyjnosci wzoru. The essence of the industrial design is its external shape, proportions, decorative elements and an innovative method of mounting. The lamp varieties differ in color - variety I is white, and variety II is black. The essential features of the industrial design in both color varieties (white and black) are that the lamp has the shape of a cylinder with dimensions of 65 cm x 160 cm, with a place to place a light bulb inside, covered from the top with adjustable rings and, above all, with an innovative method of mounting. From the bottom, the lamp is covered with a flat ring with mounting holes for the ceiling or wall in places where the electric cable is fed. The lamp is adapted to the LED module system. The base of the mounting system is a threaded flat aluminum disc, which is attached with screws to the attachment point, and then the entire lamp is screwed onto this disc (so-called base). This method of mounting means that no screws or mounting systems are visible from the outside, which is what makes the design innovative.
