PL 24555 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest standardowy modul sciany przesuwnej, stanowiacy prostokatna rame z umieszczonym w srodku mechanizmem rozpierajaco-dociskajacym modul w ustalonym polozeniu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac modulu, przejawiajaca sie w jego przestrzennej formie. Standardowy modul sciany przesuwnej ma postac prostokatnej ramy utworzonej z dwóch pionowych aluminiowych profili polaczonych poprzecznymi profilami stalowymi o przekroju prostokatnym, z których dwa znajduja sie w srodkowej czesci, a dwa w poblizu konców. Pomiedzy srodkowymi profilami poprzecznymi znajduje sie mechanizm rozpierajaco-dociskajacy, skladajacy sie z poziomego walu polaczonego z dzwigniami rozpieraka, zaopatrzonego w pionowe drazki ze sprezynami. Nad górnym i pod dolnym profilem poprzecznym ramy znajduja sie poziome przesuwne profile aluminiowe z uszczelkami, dociskane mechanizmem rozpierajaco-dociskajacym. W materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 przedstawia standardowy modul sciany przesuwnej w widoku aksonometrycznym, a fig. 2 – fotografie standardowego modulu sciany przesuwnej. Essential features of the industrial design: A significant feature of the industrial design is the new form of the module, manifested in its spatial form. The standard sliding wall module is a rectangular frame composed of two vertical aluminum profiles connected by transverse rectangular steel profiles, two of which are located in the center and two near the ends. Between the central transverse profiles is an expanding and clamping mechanism consisting of a horizontal shaft connected to the expander levers and equipped with vertical rods with springs. Above and below the lower cross-section of the frame are horizontal sliding aluminum profiles with seals, pressed together by a spreading-pressing mechanism. In the illustration, Fig. 1 shows a standard sliding wall module in an axonometric view, and Fig. 2 – a photograph of a standard sliding wall module.
