The blouse is fastened with buttons, covered with a pleat. The stand-up collar is fastened with a self-adhesive tape. There are epaulets on the shoulders of the blouse. There are elements made of self-adhesive tape for attaching emblems on the blouse: on the front above the right pocket measuring 130 x 25 mm ± 2 mm there is an individual identification mark, the so-called ID, in the center on the left sleeve pocket there is a self-adhesive tape for attaching the shield emblem. The blouse is made of cotton-polyester rip-stop fabric. The blouse is designed to be worn with other elements of the training uniform, i.e. trousers and a forage cap. Centrally on the back of the sweatshirt and on the sleeve pocket flaps there is an inscription "POLICJA" in silver, made by welding into the material.
