PL 23674 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest folia opakowaniowa do zabezpieczania towaru, paletyzacji lub plombowania. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowia nowe, posiadajace indywidualny charakter postacie przedmiotu przejawiajace sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie elementów graficznych tworzacych wzór, przez co uzyskuje korzystne cechy wyrózniajace i uzytkowe. Nowa uniwersalna i kompaktowa forma folii pozwala na sprawniejsze opakowywanie i zabezpieczanie towarów, paletyzowanie i plombowanie zarówno pojedynczych sztuk jak i wielu sztuk jednoczesnie. Przedmiot wzoru moze byc stosowany tam, gdzie jest wymagane opakowanie jednorazowego uzytku. Wykorzystany pozwala na przechowywanie, transport, skladowanie zawartosci chronionej przed uszkodzeniem, rozsypaniem wzglednie niepowolanym otwarciem a jednoczesnie pozwala na wizualne kontrolowanie zawartosci opakowania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 – przedstawia odcinek wstegi folii z jednym falistym wzmocnieniem w widoku ogólnym, oraz na fig. 1.1 – w powiekszeniu fragment wykonczeniowy boku folii, fig. 2 – przedstawia odcinek folii z dwoma falistymi równoleglymi wzmocnieniami, oraz na fig. 2.1 – w powiekszeniu fragment wykonczeniowy boku folii. Folia jest wstepnie rozciagnieta posiada na calej dlugosci zagiete boki, tak zwane sznurowanie boków, zas wzdluz osi podluznej ma wklejone wzmocnienia. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest folia opakowaniowa do zabezpieczania towaru, paletyzacji lub plombowania, która charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jest wykonana z cienkiego przezroczystego materialu, ma postac wstegi, której krawedzie na calej dlugosci sa zagiete tworzac sznurowanie boków, natomiast wzdluz osi podluznej wstegi sa foliowe wzmocnienia, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym na fig. 1 do fig. 2.1. 2. The essence of the industrial design is the new, unique form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of graphic elements constituting the design, thus achieving favorable distinctive and functional characteristics. The new, versatile and compact form of the foil allows for more efficient packaging and securing of goods, palletizing, and sealing of both single and multiple items simultaneously. The design can be used wherever single-use packaging is required. When used, it allows for the storage, transport, and warehousing of contents protected against damage, spillage, or unauthorized opening, while also allowing for visual inspection of the package contents. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows a general view of a section of foil with one corrugated reinforcement, and Fig. 1.1 shows an enlarged view of the finishing section of the foil side; Fig. 2 shows a section of foil with two parallel corrugated reinforcements, and Fig. 2.1 shows an enlarged view of the finishing section of the foil side. The foil is pre-stretched and has bent sides along its entire length, known as side lacing, and has glued-in reinforcements along its longitudinal axis. The subject of the industrial design is a packaging foil for securing goods, palletizing or sealing, which is characterized in that it is made of a thin transparent material, has the form of a ribbon, the edges of which are bent along their entire length to form side lacing, while along the longitudinal axis of the ribbon there are foil reinforcements, as shown in the attached illustrative material in Fig. 1 to Fig. 2.1. 2. The foil according to feature 1 in variant 1 has a longitudinal reinforcement in the shape of a wave running along the longitudinal central axis of the web, as shown in the attached illustrations in Fig. 1 and Fig. 1.1. 3. The foil according to feature 1 in variant 2 has two longitudinal reinforcements in the shape of two parallel waves running along the longitudinal central axis of the web, as shown in the attached illustrations in Fig. 2 and Fig. 2.1.
