PL 23474 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest przepompownia cieczy majaca zastosowanie we- wnatrz oczyszczalni przydomowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytwo- ru, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, oraz strukture. Przepompownia w srodku zbiornika zostala wykonana z tworzyw sztucznych w technologii formowania rotacyjnego oraz spawania ekstruzyjnego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na dolaczonych ilustracjach. Wyróznienia wzoru przemyslowego: Ksztalt przepompowni w srodku zbiornika jest cylindryczny, dopasowany do ksztaltu zbiornika w którym jest ona zamontowana. Przepompownia nie posiada dolnej i górnej podstawy. The essence of the industrial design is the new, unique form of the product, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, and structure. The pumping station inside the tank was made of plastics using rotational molding and extrusion welding technology. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations. Fig. 1 shows the pumping station located inside an example sewage treatment plant tank in a front perspective view; Fig. 2 shows the pumping station located inside an example sewage treatment plant tank in a perspective view with the side wall removed. Significant Features of the Industrial Design: The essential features of the industrial design presented in the illustrations (Fig. 1, Fig. 2) include that the shape of the partition is defined by the appearance of a cylinder without a lower and upper base. The upper part of the cylinder serves as a service element through which the liquid pump can be removed. The lower part is open so that the liquid can freely flow into the pumping station. Distinctive features of the industrial design: The shape of the pumping station inside the tank is cylindrical, matching the shape of the tank in which it is mounted.
