PL 23244 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest urzadzenie do pompowania cieczy majace zastosowa- nie w oczyszczalniach przydomowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytwo- ru, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, oraz strukture. Urzadzenie sklada sie z: rury wygietej na ksztalt litery U. Na jednym ramieniu (powyzej polowy wysokosci tego ramienia) znajduje sie element zasysajacy ciecz (odprowadzona w bok rura), zas w górnej czesci tego samego ramienia znajduje sie odpowietrznik. Na drugim ramieniu (w dolnej cze- sci tego ramienia) podlaczony jest przewód którym tloczone jest powietrze do urzadzenia. W górnej czesci tego ramienia znajduje sie wyrzutnia pompowanej cieczy. Górna czesc urzadzenia (odpo- wietrznik oraz wyrzutnia cieczy) znajduja sie powyzej poziomu cieczy, zas cale urzadzenie przezna- czone jest do zamontowania w zbiornikach oczyszczalni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na dolaczonych ilustracjach. The essence of the industrial design is the new, unique form of the product, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, and structure. The device consists of a U-shaped pipe. On one arm (above half the height of this arm) is a liquid suction element (a pipe drained to the side), while in the upper part of the same arm is a vent. On the other arm (in the lower part of this arm) is connected a hose through which air is forced into the device. In the upper part of this arm is an outlet for the pumped liquid. The upper part of the device (vent and liquid discharge) is located above the liquid level, and the entire device is intended for installation in treatment plant tanks. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations.
