PL 23406 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampion nagrobny wykonany z kamienia naturalnego i szkla. Lampion nagrobny przeznaczony jest do umieszczania w jego wnetrzu zniczy elektrycznych, zniczy parafinowych, badz swiec. Lampion nagrobny odznacza sie przede wszystkim ksztaltem, wzornictwem i materialami uzytymi do jego budowy. Zglaszany wzór przemyslowy ma charakter indywidualny i nowy, bowiem na rynku podobne produkty nie wystepuja. Calosc lampionu nagrobnego ma ksztalt zblizony do bryly walca kolowego prostego. Lampion nagrobny zbudowany jest w ten sposób, ze jego podstawa i górna czesc wykonana jest z kamienia naturalnego. Natomiast powierzchnia boczna walca w jednej polowie wykonana jest z kamienia naturalnego, a w drugiej polowie ze szkla gietego. Przy czym powierzchnia boczna walca podzielona jest w pionie. Lampion nagrobny ograniczony jest podstawa, czescia górna i powierzchnia boczna, a srodku jest pusty. Powierzchnia boczna wykonana ze szkla gietego stanowi drzwiczki uchylne pozwalajace na otwarcie lampionu nagrobnego, umieszczenie w nim elementu swiecacego i zamkniecie. Drzwiczki te wzdluz boków pionowych posiadaja blaszane okucia. Z jednej strony blaszane okucie zakonczone jest u dolu i u góry bolcem pozwalajacym na zamocowanie drzwiczek w podstawie i czesci górnej lampionu nagrobnego. Z drugiej strony blaszane okucie w polowie wysokosci posiada blaszany uchwyt pozwalajacy na otwieranie i zamykanie drzwiczek. Na tej samej wysokosci, co blaszany uchwyt w czesci bocznej wykonanej z kamienia naturalnego umieszczony jest magnes zapobiegajacy przypadkowemu otwieraniu sie drzwiczek. Lampion nagrobny moze wystepowac w róznej kolorystyce kamienia naturalnego oraz w róznej kolorystyce szkla gietego, umozliwiajacej dopasowanie go do kolorystyki nagrobka. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego sa: ? wykonanie z kamienia naturalnego, ? wykonanie drzwiczek uchylnych ze szkla gietego, ? ksztalt walca, ? mozliwosc wykonania w róznej kolorystyce kamienia naturalnego i róznej kolorystyce szkla gietego, ? przezroczyste zamkniecie umozliwiajace uwidocznienie przedmiotu umiejscowionego we wnetrzu, ? puste wnetrze umozliwiajace umieszczenie w srodku przedmiotu. The lantern is designed to accommodate electric lanterns, paraffin lanterns, or candles. The lantern is distinguished primarily by its shape, design, and the materials used in its construction. The submitted industrial design is unique and new, as no similar products exist on the market. The entire lantern has a shape similar to a straight circular cylinder. The lantern is constructed so that its base and upper part are made of natural stone. The side surface of the cylinder is made of one half of natural stone and the other half of curved glass. The side surface of the cylinder is divided vertically. The grave lantern is bounded by a base, top, and sides, and is hollow in the center. The side surface, made of curved glass, forms a hinged door that allows the lantern to be opened, the luminous element to be inserted, and then closed. This door has sheet metal fittings along the vertical sides. On one side, the sheet metal fitting is terminated at the bottom and top with a pin allowing the door to be attached to the base and top of the grave lantern. On the other side, the sheet metal fitting has a sheet metal handle halfway up, allowing the door to be opened and closed. At the same height as the sheet metal handle, a magnet is placed on the side section made of natural stone, preventing the door from opening accidentally. The grave lantern is available in various natural stone colors and curved glass colors, allowing it to be matched to the tombstone's color scheme. The key features of this industrial design include: ■ natural stone construction, ■ curved glass hinged doors, ■ cylindrical shape, ■ availability in various natural stone colors and curved glass colors, ■ transparent closure allowing for the visibility of the item inside, ■ hollow interior allowing for the placement of an item inside.
