Description

Opis wynalazkuDescription of the invention

The subject of the invention is a system for collecting fly ash from the power unit electrostatic precipitator dust hopper system, containing at least dust hoppers, each of which is connected to a dust receiver located below it, and each of which is additionally connected, via a dust pipeline, to a reservoir pump.

Electrostatic precipitators, also called electrostatic precipitators, are usually used to remove dust from the flue gases of power units by using the action of electrostatic force on individual dust particles. The electrically charged dust particles migrate to the electrodes with the opposite charge, on which they settle and from which they are shaken into the dust hoppers.

Dust funnels are usually arranged on one level in a linear or matrix arrangement, and under each hopper there is a dust collector connected to it. Unfortunately, these receivers often do not meet the requirements set for them due to their failure rate or insufficient efficiency.

The object of the invention was to provide a fly ash collection system characterized by high failure-free operation and without the disadvantages of solutions known from the prior art.

The essence of the invention is the aforementioned heat collection system, characterized in that each tank pump is common for two adjacent dust hoppers, each dust pipeline containing a compensator.

Said compensator is preferably a bellows compensator comprising two flanges securing the compensator to the dust pipeline, from which flanges extend to pipe segments connected by a bellows bellows and is installed between the valve and the inlet of the reservoir pump.

Korzystnie stosunek minimalnego wydłużenia roboczego do maksymalnego wydłużenia roboczego rzeczonego kompensatora mieszkowego jest większy niż 0.5.Preferably, the ratio of the minimum working elongation to the maximum working elongation of said bellows expansion joint is greater than 0.5.

Preferably, said at least two dust hoppers are arranged on substantially the same level.

Zaproponowany według wynalazku mieszek harmonijkowy zapewnia wysoce skuteczną absorbcję wibracji oraz przemieszczeń osiowych, bocznych i kątowych rurociągu pyłowego, spowodowanych pracą systemu, jak i rozszerzalnością temperaturową materiału, z którego wykonano wyloty lejów elektrofiltru, zwłaszcza w przypadku jego zainstalowania między zasuwą a wlotem pompy zbiornikowej. The bellows proposed according to the invention provides highly effective absorption of vibrations as well as axial, lateral and angular displacements of the dust pipeline caused by the system operation, as well as the thermal expansion of the material from which the electrostatic precipitator outlets are made, especially in the case of its installation between the valve and the inlet of the reservoir pump.

Nowy, dodatkowy układ pomp zbiornikowych zachowuje funkcjonalność podstawowego układu odbiorników pyłu, umożliwiając jednoczesną pracę dwóch układów lub też pełną zamienność układu istniejącego i dodatkowego. The system according to the invention can be easily implemented in the existing and operating electrostatic precipitators without the need to disassemble them and without the need to shut down the power unit. The new, additional system of tank pumps maintains the functionality of the basic system of dust receivers, enabling simultaneous operation of two systems or full interchangeability of the existing and additional systems. Thanks to the use of a two-chute tank pump, the number of pumps and dust-air pipelines was also limited.

Moreover, the system according to the invention will operate even in the event of a failure or decrease in the efficiency of the dust receiver located under the given dust hopper, because this hopper is connected to an additional dust pump. The system will also function in the event of failure of a single tank pump, since dust from the dust hoppers connected to this pump can be collected by adjacent dust pumps also connected to these hoppers.

Fig. 1 shows only a part of the system, including three hoppers. 2 dust pumps and two tank pumps 4.

Każdy rurociąg pyłowy 5 zawiera wstawkę zasypową 51, zasuwę 52 oraz kompensator 6 znajdujący się pomiędzy wlotem pompy zbiornikowej 4 a zasuwą 52. Pompy zbiornikowe 4 połączone są również z rurociągami odpowietrzającymi 7 oraz rurociągami transportowymi 8.Each dust pipeline 5 includes a charging insert 51, a damper 52 and a compensator 6 located between the inlet of the reservoir pump 4 and the damper 52.
