Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac uchwytu przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii konturów i ksztaltów, nadajacych mu oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. The essence of the industrial pattern is a new form of the handle, manifested in the features of lines, contours and shapes, giving it an original and individual aesthetic appearance.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt w perspektywicznym widoku z przodu, od strony mocowania telewizora, Fig. 2 przedstawia uchwyt w widoku z przodu, Fig. 3 i Fig. 4 przedstawiaja w powiekszeniu fragment uchwytu z zaczepem i wypustem – Fig. 3 w widoku od strony mocowania do sciany, a Fig. 4 – w widoku z przodu. Uchwyt sklada sie z prostokatnej ramki 1 mocowanej sciany oraz dwóch haków 2 osadzonych na ramce 1, sluzacych do zamontowania telewizora. Poziome profile 3 ramki 1 maja zetowy przekrój poprzeczny, przy czym w czesci przylegajacej do sciany wykonane sa fasolkowe otwory. Poziome profile 3 polaczone sa ze soba pionowymi profilami 4, które wykonane sa z katownika. W pólce katownika pionowego profilu 4, nieprzylegajacej do sciany wykonane jest wzdluzne, lukowe wybranie 5. The holder consists of a rectangular frame 1 mounted on the wall and two hooks 2 mounted on the frame 1, used to mount the TV. The horizontal profiles 3 of the frame 1 have a Z-shaped cross-section, with bean-shaped openings in the part adjacent to the wall. The horizontal profiles 3 are connected with each other by vertical profiles 4, which are made of an angle bar. In the shelf of the vertical profile 4, not adjacent to the wall, a longitudinal, arched recess 5 is made.

Hak 2 wyposazony jest w stopke dystansowa 6 znajdujaca sie ponizej poziomego profilu 3 i sluzaca do oparcia o sciane. Hak 2 wyposazony jest zaczep 7 do zamocowania go na ramce 1. Zaczep 7 wykonany jest z dwóch równoleglych wzgledem siebie plaskowników o ksztalcie zblizonym do obróconej litery „L”, polaczonych ze soba na jednym z konców plaskownikiem 8. Plaskowniki zaczepu 7 obejmuja jednym koncem ceowy hak 2, a drugim koncem, polaczonym plaskownikiem 8 zaczep 7 mocowany jest na ramce 1. Hak 2 posiada ponadto dodatkowy wypust 9 dla alternatywnego montazu na ramce 1. The hook 2 is made of a C profile, with the ends of the C-profile shelves being cut, and the web with holes - round in the upper part, and bean-shaped in the lower part. The hook 2 is equipped with a spacer 6 located below the horizontal profile 3 and used to rest against the wall. The hook 2 is equipped with a catch 7 for mounting it on the frame 1. The catch 7 is made of two flat bars, parallel to each other, with a shape similar to the turned letter "L", connected to each other by a flat bar at one end 8. The flat bars of the catch 7 are enclosed by one C-channel end hook 2, and with the other end, connected by a flat bar 8, the catch 7 is fastened to the frame 1. The hook 2 also has an additional tongue 9 for alternative mounting on the frame 1.
