PL 23129 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest koszula przeznaczona do karmienia piersia dzieci. Istota wzoru przejawia sie w oryginalnym kroju i ksztalcie oraz niespotykanym ukladzie elementów ulatwiajacych karmienie piersia dzieci uwidoczniona na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których przedstawia: Figura 1 widok z przodu koszuli do karmienia piersia dzieci; Figura 2 widok z tylu koszuli do karmienia piersia dzieci. Koszula do karmienia piersia dzieci jest kroju prostego, luznego, który delikatnie rozszerza sie na wysokosci bioder i brzucha i zweza sie ku dolowi. Koszula posiada dwa dekolty. Pierwszy wyzszy, wewnetrzny ma ksztalt okragly, podkoszulkowy z wycieciami na piersi. Drugi zewnetrzny, jest glebszy, uklada sie w serek i zakrywa piersi o ksztalcie litery Y. Koszula posiada krótkie rekawy, dwa worki kieszeniowe na wysokosci bioder oraz przeszycia w postaci marszczen na wysokosci zszycia czesci górnej i dolnej koszuli. Cechy istotne koszuli do karmienia piersia dzieci okresla ksztalt, jak pokazano na ilustracji wzoru. The essence of the design is reflected in its original cut and shape, as well as the unique arrangement of elements facilitating breastfeeding, as shown in the attached illustrations, which show: Figure 1: front view of the breastfeeding shirt; Figure 2: back view of the breastfeeding shirt. The breastfeeding shirt has a straight, loose cut that flares out slightly at the hips and belly and tapers towards the bottom. The shirt has two necklines. The first, higher, inner neckline, is round, like a T-shirt with cutouts at the chest. The second outer one is deeper, forms a V-neck and covers the breasts in a Y-shape. The shirt has short sleeves, two pocket pockets at hip level, and gathered seams at the seams of the top and bottom of the shirt.
