Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w nowym ksztalcie i indywidualnym charakterze, nadana mu poprzez nowy uklad linii, material jak równiez innowacyjny krój sukienki Alba. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych rysunkach na których: fig. 1 przedstawia ilustracje sukienki - Alba w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 przedstawia ilustracje sukienki - Alba w widoku z tylu, fig. 3 przedstawia ilustracje górnej czesci sukienki w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 przedstawia ilustracje górnej czesci sukienki w widoku z tylu, fig. 5 przedstawia ilustracje dolnej czesci sukienki w widoku z przodu, fig. 6 przedstawia ilustracje dolnej czesci sukienki w widoku z tylu. Górna czesc sukienki-Alby, wedlug wzoru, stanowi tunika, z dlugimi rekawami, zakonczona malym, zaokraglonym kolnierzykiem, od którego biegna pionowo dwa paseczki az do tali, przepasanej paskiem-szarfa, z pod którego tunika rozszerza sie ku dolowi. Dolna czesc sukienki-Alba jest w ksztalcie scietego stozka. Zgodnie z przedstawiona ilustracja, w widoku z tylu, wzdluz górnej oraz dolnej czesci sukienki, przebiega posrodku linia, stanowiaca szew, laczacy material. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Sukienka-Alba wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wykonana jest z dwóch odrebnych czesci, co pozwala na szersze jej zastosowanie przy szczególnych okazjach w tym Komunii Swietej. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the item, manifesting itself in a new shape and individual character, given to it by a new arrangement of lines, material, and the innovative cut of the Alba dress. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawings, in which: Fig. 1 shows illustrations of the Alba dress in a front view, Fig. 2 shows illustrations of the Alba dress in a back view, Fig. 3 shows illustrations of the upper part of the dress in a front view, Fig. 4 shows illustrations of the upper part of the dress in a back view, Fig. 5 shows illustrations of the lower part of the dress in a front view, Fig. 6 shows illustrations of the lower part of the dress in a back view. The Alba dress, according to the industrial design and presented in the attached illustrations, is made of two separate parts, which allows it to be used for special occasions, particularly First Communion. The upper part of the alb dress, according to the pattern, is a tunic with long sleeves, finished with a small, rounded collar, from which two vertical straps run down to the waist, which is girdled with a sash belt, from under which the tunic widens towards the bottom. The lower part of the alb dress is shaped like a truncated cone. As shown in the illustration, in the back view, a line runs along the top and bottom of the dress, constituting a seam, connecting the fabric. Essential features of the industrial design: The alb dress, according to the industrial design, is made of two separate pieces, allowing for a wider range of uses for special occasions, including Holy Communion. The upper part of the Alba dress is a tunic with long sleeves, finished with a small, rounded collar, from which two vertical straps run down to the waist, which is girdled with a sash belt, from under which the tunic widens towards the bottom. The lower part of the Alba dress is shaped like a truncated cone. As shown in the illustration, in the back view, a line runs down the center along the upper and lower parts of the dress, constituting a seam, connecting the fabric.
