Konieczność zabezpieczania broni wynika z ujęcia formalnoprawnego, które każdemu posiadaczowi nakazuje jej zabezpieczenie przed dostępem osób postronnych i nieuprawnionych.The necessity to secure a firearm results from the formal and legal approach, which requires each holder to protect it against access by third parties and unauthorized persons.
