Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest zestaw profili okna lub drzwi z tworzyw sztucznych z wymienną przegrodą, w którym profil skrzydła (1) ma skośną ścianę wewnętrzną (2), zawierającą co najmniej jedno gniazdo (3) do osadzania uszczelki (4), współpracującej z ramieniem klipsa dociskowego (5) osadzonego w uchwytach (6) ściany wewnętrznej (7) profilu ramy (8). Korzystnie, gdy klips dociskowy (5) ma kształt w przekroju grota strzały o symetrycznych ramionach, zakończonych skierowanymi do wewnątrz zaczepami i wewnętrzny trzpień, krótszy od ramion zakończony łbem w kształcie litery V. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest zestaw profili okna lub drzwi z tworzyw sztucznych z wymienną przegrodą.The subject of the invention is a set of plastic window or door profiles with a replaceable partition.

Profile wielokomorowe okien z uszczelką stałą znane są między innymi z rozwiązań w opisach patentowych takich jak: EP1196677; DE 202005004338; P. 390955, w których ościeżnica składa się z kształtownika zewnętrznego i kształtownika wewnętrznego połączonych przekładkami termicznymi, na której wewnętrznej osadzono stykające się kształtowe uszczelki. Znana jest również z polskiego opisu Pat.199139 pn. „Okno”, w którym na listwie izolacyjnej 19, względnie na jej górnej ściance 43 w obszarze stopki 33 od strony zewnętrznego elementu powłokowego 17, ukształtowane jest żebro 45, które wchodzi we wręg pomiędzy ościeżnicą 1 i ramą 13 skrzydła, wystając poza ograniczenie zewnętrznego elementu kształtowego 17 ramy skrzydła. Żebro 45 tworzy we współpracy z występem 47 przystawionej do żebra izolacyjnego 7 ościeżnicy 1 uszczelki 49, która rozciąga się we wręgu pomiędzy ościeżnicą i ramą skrzydła, ograniczenie wstępnej komory 51, stanowiącej element przejściowy dla komory 53 okucia. Dzięki temu, że żebro 45 uszczelki 49 służy jako element oporowy, zewnętrzny element powłokowy 17 może mieć wyjątkowo małe wymiary. Żebro 45 leży w pobliżu zewnętrznego elementu powłokowego, zapewniając tym samym wystarczająco dużo miejsca dla mającej dużą objętość uszczelki środkowej 49 o odpowiednio wysokim współczynniku izolacyjności.
