Description
The present invention relates to a fire door for preventing dew condensation, and more particularly, to close the opening formed between the front panel and the rear panel of the fire door by a heat insulation frame for preventing dew condensation. Lowering to prevent condensation occurring on the rear panel and the rear panel of the fire door.
In general, fire doors are used as doors for apartments or single-family houses, and are installed to be opened and closed by using door frames fixed to walls. However, fire doors and door frames are exposed to outside air, and opposite sides are bet (內). Condensation occurs on the inside of the fire door or on the inside of the door frame when the temperature difference between inside and outside is large, such as in winter, and the water droplets caused by the dew condensation are contaminated with the wall or wallpaper painted with paint. There is a problem that mold will occur.
Fireproof doors for preventing condensation as described above are provided in various forms, so that condensation does not occur almost, but condensation occurring in the door frame is not effectively blocked. Existing technology for preventing condensation is registered in Korea. As suggested in Korean Utility Model No. 20-0283671, the door frame is separated into an outer door frame and an inner door frame, and then a condensation phenomenon is prevented by inserting a temperature blocking fastening member to combine the outer and inner door frames. Can be prevented, but there is no function to prevent path phenomena occurring in the rear panel constituting the door panel, and even if the condensation prevention applied to the door frame is applied to the door panel, the door frame and the door frame After placing the fastening member for temperature blocking, the door frame and the door frame Since it is provided in the form of a combination, the door frame to which the temperature blocking fastening member is placed is thickened, and thus, the thickness of the front panel and the rear panel must be largely changed, thereby filling between the front panel and the rear panel. As the filling space rate of the insulating material is decreased, the filling rate of the insulating material is greatly reduced, and thus the problem of lowering the insulating effect is pointed out. The problem of invading and lowering the insulation effect can be pointed out.
The present invention is to close the opening formed between the front panel and the rear panel of the fire door by the insulation frame for preventing dew condensation to lower the temperature drop rate generated between the front panel and the rear panel to the lower rear panel and the rear panel of the fire door The technical challenge is to prevent condensation from occurring.
The present invention is a door frame; A door panel unit installed on the door frame to be opened and closed; In the fire door, the door panel is divided into a steel front panel and a steel rear panel, and is formed between the front panel and the rear panel. The condensation prevention insulating frame is coupled to the open portion, characterized in that configured to seal the open portion.
According to the present invention, the door panel part is divided into a steel front panel and a steel rear panel, and the insulation is formed by combining an insulating frame for preventing condensation formed of synthetic resin, rubber, or wood, and sealing the opening by forming an opening part at an interval. As the heat of the front panel is not conducted to the interior steel rear panel by the condensation prevention insulation frame, the temperature drop rate is greatly reduced, thereby preventing condensation occurring on both the rear panel and the rear panel of the fire door and the lower side of the rear panel. As a result, water droplets generated by condensation have an effect of solving a problem in which mold is generated along with contamination of walls or wallpaper painted with paint.
In addition, the present invention bends the open end of the steel front panel and the steel rear panel constituting the door panel portion, by interviewing the protrusion of the insulating frame for preventing condensation on the open end of the steel front panel and the steel back panel and condensation prevention insulation By combining the frame in a solid state without shaking each other, the reinforcement of the steel front panel and the steel rear panel is enhanced, thereby preventing the door panel from being damaged, and the condensation without changing the thickness of the steel front panel and the steel rear panel significantly. By preventing the insulation frame is combined to prevent the filling rate of the insulating material is filled between the steel front panel and the steel rear panel, it has the effect of preventing a decrease in the thermal insulation effect.
In addition, the present invention has the effect of preventing the degradation of the thermal insulation performance of the insulation by improving the sealing force by the O-ring gap between the steel front panel and the steel rear panel and the condensation preventing insulation frame by preventing the outside air to enter the insulation side.
