Opis wynalazkuDescription of the invention
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest automat ładowania pocisków czołgowych przewidziany do zastosowania w czołgu lekkim. The subject of the invention is an automatic tank shell loader intended for use in a light tank.
The autoloader is currently used in many armies around the world to increase the rate of fire and firepower of MTB (main battle tanks) and reduce the crew in the vehicle. There are many structures and design solutions. These are mainly structures based on chains made of ammunition containers, carousel machines located in the turret basket and drum machines located in the rear section of the turret.
Stosowane dotychczas konstrukcje mają dużą masę własną i odznaczają się skomplikowaną budową bieżni prowadzącej pojemniki, natomiast ich gabaryty znacznie zwiększają gabaryty wieży czołgowej. Opisane mechanizmy mają stosunkowo małą prędkość załadowania, a umieszczenie elementów ruchomych bez osłon w przedziale czołgu (w przypadku automatu karuzelowego) zwiększa prawdopodobieństwo wypadku. W automatach karuzelowych usytuowanych wewnątrz kadłuba często dochodziło do zdetonowania ładunków podczas eksplozji miny. The structures used so far have a large curb weight and are characterized by a complicated structure of the raceway leading the containers, while their dimensions significantly increase the dimensions of the tank turret. The described mechanisms have a relatively low loading speed, and the placement of the movable elements without shields in the tank compartment (in the case of a carousel machine) increases the likelihood of an accident. It is not possible to collect a misfire or a defective projectile, which forces the crew to intervene during the unloading of the misfire (manual unloading). In carousels located inside the hull, charges were often detonated during a mine explosion.
The automatic tank missile loader according to the invention has a frame which is the body of the device and a supporting structure for all components, on which the main drive is mounted, and a container which is a storage for 12 rounds. The magazine housing is bolted to the container rotation mechanism, which serves to change the position of individual containers, in particular to position the selected container in the axis of sending the projectile to the cannon, which mechanism consists of two shafts connected to each other by a chain with connections for fixing the containers. The drive chain is connected to the main drive located on the rear side of the frame. Above the container rotation mechanism there is a tube ejection mechanism, whose task is to eject the inner tube with the projectile from the outer tube. The mechanism is a double-row chain gear that converts the rotary motion of the drive into linear motion of the inner tube. In the upper part of the autoloader there is a rammer drive mechanism, which is responsible for direct placement of a given projectile in the chamber of the cannon by completely sliding the container out of the inner tube. An additional element in the rammer mechanism is an auxiliary drive in the form of an electric actuator, which is used to set the arm on the bottom of the missile when sending it to the gun, and to swing the arm to the periphery of the missile orifice in the event of the need to collect the missile from the cannon into the inner tube. The end of the forwarder arm has a milling in the form of a hook enabling the projectile to be loaded from the inside of the vehicle and the possible unloading of the cannon chamber from the misfire or the projectile in the event of resignation from the shot (retraction of the cartridge from the chamber to the machine).
2 ukazuje automat w przekroju wzdłuż osi A-A z figury 1, natomiast fig. 3 pokazuje tylną burtę stelaża automatu ładowania pocisków według wynalazku. The subject of the invention is shown in the embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a top plan view of the automatic missile loader, Fig. 2 shows the automaton in a section along the axis AA of Fig. 1, while Fig. 3 shows the rear side of the rack of the missile loader according to invention.
As shown in the drawing, in the automatic loading machine for tank missiles according to the invention, the main drive 1 and the container 2, which is a magazine for 12 missiles, are mounted on the rack, which is the body of the device and the supporting structure for all components, and the housing is screwed to the container rotation mechanism used to change the position of individual components. of containers, in particular for positioning the selected container in the axis of sending the projectile to the cannon, which mechanism consists of two shafts connected to each other by a chain with connections for fixing the containers. The drive chain is connected to the main drive 1 located in the rear side 6 of the frame. Above the container rotation mechanism there is a tube ejection mechanism 3, whose task is to eject the inner tube with the projectile from the outer tube. The mechanism is a double-row chain gear that converts the rotary motion of the drive into linear motion of the inner tube. In the upper part of the automatic loader there is a drive mechanism 4 of the feeder 5, which is responsible for direct placement of a given projectile in the chamber of the cannon by completely removing the inner tube with the projectile from the container 2. Each of the mechanisms transmitting torque through a chain transmission or directly through the clutch to the input shaft the mechanism has an autonomous electric drive, while the manual drive is used only for service purposes. An additional element in the rammer mechanism is the auxiliary momentum in the form of an electric actuator, which is used to position the arm on the bottom of the projectile while sending it to the gun, and to move the arm to the periphery of the projectile's flange if it is necessary to retrieve the bullet from the cannon into the inner tube. The end of the feeder arm 5 has a milling in the form of a hook enabling the projectile to be loaded from the inside of the vehicle and the possible unloading of the cannon chamber from the misfire or the projectile in the event of resignation from the shot (retraction of the cartridge from the chamber to the machine).
Opisana konstrukcja umożliwia przeniesienie magazynu pocisków do tylnej części wieży (w napędach karuzelowych rozwiązanie niestosowane) skutkujące zwiększeniem bezpieczeństwa członków załogi, co zapewnia komfort załogi podczas działań bojowych. Modułowa budowa urządzenia pozwala na zwiększenie ilości pocisków, przy możliwości jednocześnie łatwego załadunku magazynu automatu poprzez okno załadowcze i łatwości wyjmowania oraz magazynowania niewypałów. Opisana konstrukcja wydatnie zwiększa bezpieczeństwo załogi podczas detonacji ładunku w magazynie automatu i odznacza się następującymi parametrami:The disclosed design allows the number of crew members to be reduced while increasing the rate of fire and firepower. The machine has a relatively low weight, it is easy and quick to assemble and disassemble if it is necessary to replace it in whole or in its individual components.
