Znane sa oslony, które maja ksztalt utworzony poprzez polaczenie róznych bryl geometrycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego, w postaci oslony znicza, pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysun- ku, na którym fig. 1 pokazuje sciany oslony w widoku od strony najwyzszego wierzcholka lamanej odciecia, fig. 2 pokazuje sciany oslony w widoku od strony najnizszego wierzcholka lamanej odciecia, a fig. 3 jest przekrojem poziomym oslony. Oslona znicza pokazana na fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig. 3 posadowiona na walcowej podstawie, jest ostro- slupem scietym o wielokatnej podstawie, który przy wiekszej podstawie ma odciecie wzdluz szesna- stoodcinkowej linii lamanej podzielonej na dwie identyczne osmioodcinkowe czesci stykajace sie w polowie obwodu oslony. Shields are known, which have a shape created by combining different geometric solids. The subject of the industrial design, in the form of a candle shield, is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the walls of the shield in a view from the side of the highest vertex of the broken cut-off, Fig. 2 shows the walls of the shield in a view from the side of the lowest vertex of the broken cut-off, and Fig. 3 is a horizontal section of the shield. The cover of the lantern shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, placed on a cylindrical base, is a truncated pyramid with a polygonal base, which at the larger base has a cut-off along a sixteen-hundred-segment broken line divided into two identical eight-segment parts meeting at the half of the perimeter of the cover. The vertices of each half of the broken line are arranged oppositely and in decreasing order. Below the cut-off, the pyramid walls have a recess running along a broken line parallel to the cut-off. On the broken line of the cut-off, roofs are created, the surfaces of which are rectangular triangles connected by shorter legs, in which one of the ends of the shorter leg is simultaneously the vertex of the broken line. The height of these legs decreases with the decreasing height of the vertices of the broken cut-off. Each roof slope, on the side being the hypotenuse, is equipped with quadrangular walls, the sides of which, opposite to the sides adjacent to the hypotenuse of the roof, are adjacent to the two-element collar of the container. The whole is finished with a two-element cylindrical collar. Essential features of the industrial design The cover of the candle, according to the industrial design, placed on a cylindrical base, is a truncated pyramid with a polygonal base, which at the larger base has a cut-off along a sixteen-hundred-segment broken line divided into two identical eight-segment parts touching at the half of the perimeter of the cover, and the vertices of each half of the broken line are arranged oppositely and decreasingly, below the cut-off, the pyramid walls have a recess running along a broken line parallel to the cut-off, and on the broken line of the cut-off, roofs are created, the surfaces of which are rectangular triangles connected by shorter legs, in which one of the ends of the shorter leg is at the same time the vertex of the broken leg, and the height of these legs decreases with decreasing height of the vertices of the broken line and, in addition, each field of the roof, on the side being the hypotenuse, is equipped with quadrangular walls, the sides of which, opposite to the sides adjacent to the hypotenuse of the roof, adhere to the two-element collar of the container as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3.
