Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest znaczek przypinany do garderoby przy uzyciu agrafki, kolca, szpilki lub magnesu, ze skrótem literowym wskazujacym na tytul naukowy, sluzbowy, zawodo- wy, lub pozycje w hierarchii. Znane sa róznego rodzaju przypinki, znaczki i emblematy, uzywane jako identyfikatory osób i ich pozycji w hierarchii. Sa one przypinane do ubran za pomoca agrafek, kolców, szpilek lub innych zapiec. Moga byc takze mocowane za pomoca magnesu umieszczonego po drugiej stronie materialu. Tego typu przypinki sa mocowane na klapie marynarki lub innym widocznym miejscu górnej czesci garderoby. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac znaczka przypinanego do garderoby przeja- wiajaca sie w ksztalcie, konturach, ukladzie linii, nadajacych wytworowi indywidualny charakter. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia znaczek z litera M, fig. 2 – znaczek z literami SM, fig. 3 – znaczek z litera E, fig. 4 – zna- czek z literami PM, fig. 5 – znaczek z literami MBA, fig. 6 – znaczek z literami MGR, fig. 7 – znaczek z literami GM, fig. 8 – znaczek z literami BM. Jak przedstawiono na rysunku, znaczek przypinany do garderoby ma ksztalt owalu. Wewnatrz owalnej ramki jest umieszczona owalna sztywna czesc wewnetrzna, na której jest wykonany skrót literowy. W dolnej czesci owalnej ramki jest umieszczony symbol graficzny przedstawiajacy lustrzane odbicie kropki i grota. Kazda odmiana znaczka rózni sie literami, które sa umieszczone na owalnej czesci wewnetrznej. Fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane znaczka z duza litera M oznaczajaca menagera lub kierownika. Fig. 2 przedstawia druga odmiane znaczka ze stylizowanymi literami SM oznaczajacymi senior menagera lub dyrektora. Fig. 3 przedstawia trzecia odmiane znaczka z duza litera E oznaczajaca specjaliste lub eks- perta. Fig. 4 przedstawia czwarta odmiane znaczka ze stylizowanymi literami PM oznaczajacymi project menagera. Various types of badges, signs and emblems are known, used as identifiers of people and their position in the hierarchy. They are attached to clothes using safety pins, spikes, pins or other fasteners. They can also be attached using a magnet placed on the other side of the material. Such badges are attached to the lapel of a jacket or another visible place on the upper part of the garment. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of badge attached to the garment, manifesting itself in the shape, contours, arrangement of lines, giving the product an individual character. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a badge with the letter M, Fig. 2 – a badge with the letters SM, Fig. 3 – a badge with the letter E, Fig. 4 – a badge with the letters PM, Fig. 5 – a badge with the letters MBA, Fig. 6 – a badge with the letters MGR, Fig. 7 – a badge with the letters GM, Fig. 8 – a badge with the letters BM. As shown in the drawing, the badge pinned to the wardrobe has the shape of an oval. Inside the oval frame is placed an oval rigid inner part, on which the letter abbreviation is made. In the lower part of the oval frame is placed a graphic symbol representing a mirror image of a dot and an arrowhead. Each variety of the badge differs in the letters that are placed on the oval inner part. Fig. 1 shows the first variety of the stamp with the capital letter M denoting a manager or manager. Fig. 2 shows the second variety of the stamp with the stylized letters SM denoting a senior manager or director. Fig. 3 shows the third variety of the stamp with the capital letter E denoting a specialist or expert. Fig. 4 shows the fourth variety of the stamp with the stylized letters PM denoting a project manager. Fig. 5 shows the fifth variety of the stamp with the stylized letters MBA being an abbreviation of the title Master of Business Administration. Fig. 6 shows the sixth variety of the stamp with the stylized letters MGR being an abbreviation of the title Master of Science. Fig. 7 shows the seventh variety of the stamp with the stylized letters GM denoting a general manager or managing director. Fig. 8 shows the eighth variety of the stamp with the stylized letters BM denoting a member of the board. A stamp according to the industrial design may be made of non-ferrous metals, precious metals, plastics or a combination of these materials. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. A badge pinned to a wardrobe in the shape of an oval, characterized in that inside the oval frame there is an oval rigid inner part on which a letter abbreviation is made, and in the lower part of the oval frame there is a graphic symbol representing a mirror image of a dot and an arrowhead, as shown in figs. 1-8 illustrating the design. 2.
