Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ksztaltownik w postaci wzdluznego profilu, przeznaczony do wykonywania obudów akwariów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac ksztaltownika, która oprócz walorów konstrukcyjnych ma cechy estetyczne przejawiajace sie w jego ksztalcie jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów ksztaltownika. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, który przedstawia ksztaltownik w widoku od czola. Ksztaltownik, jak to uwidoczniono na rysunku, ma przekrój prostokatny, przy czym w górnej powierzchni ksztaltownika jest wybranie 1, usytuowane na osi symetrii ksztaltownika, w ksztalcie prostokata które w dolnej czesci laczy sie z wybraniem 2 o ksztalcie kola. W dolnej czesci ksztaltownika jest prostokatne wybranie, przy czym scianki boczne wybrania maja prostokatne wystepy 4, wystajace do wnetrza wybrania, usytuowane przy podstawie ksztaltownika oraz prostokatne wystepy 3, wystajace do wnetrza wybrania, usytuowane z odstepem od górnej powierzchni wybrania. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Ksztaltownik ma prostokatny przekrój poprzeczny oraz dwa wybrania usytuowane na pionowej osi symetrii, przy czym górne wybranie jest otwarte w kierunku ku górnej powierzchni ksztaltownika, zas dolne wybranie otwarte jest w kierunku dolnej powierzchni ksztaltownika. Górne wybrane sklada sie z prostokatnego kanalu (1) zakonczonego kanalem (2) o przekroju w ksztalcie kola. Dolne wybranie, w ksztalcie prostokata, ma wystepy (4), o ksztalcie prostokata, usytuowane przy podstawie wybrania, przy czym ich dolna powierzchnia pokrywa sie z dolna powierzchnia ksztaltownika, zas wystepy (4) wystaja w kierunku osi do wnetrza wybrania. The essence of the design is a new form of the profile, which, in addition to its structural qualities, possesses aesthetic features manifested in its shape and the arrangement of the basic outline lines of the individual profile elements. The industrial design is illustrated in the drawing, which shows the profile from the front. The profile, as shown in the drawing, has a rectangular cross-section, with the upper surface of the profile containing a rectangular recess 1, located on the profile's axis of symmetry, which connects to a circular recess 2 at the bottom. In the lower part of the profile, there is a rectangular recess, with the side walls of the recess having rectangular projections 4 protruding into the recess, located at the base of the profile, and rectangular projections 3 protruding into the recess, located at a distance from the upper surface of the recess. Essential features of the industrial design: The profile has a rectangular cross-section and two recesses located on the vertical axis of symmetry, with the upper recess open towards the upper surface of the profile, and the lower recess open towards the lower surface of the profile. The upper recess consists of a rectangular channel (1) terminating in a channel (2) with a circular cross-section. The lower recess, in the shape of a rectangle, has rectangular projections (4) located at the base of the recess, wherein their lower surface coincides with the lower surface of the profile, and the projections (4) protrude in the direction of the axis towards the interior of the recess.
