Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wzór graficzny, do umieszczania zwlaszcza na porcelanie, tekstyliach, artykulach papierniczych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy i posiadajacy indywidualny charakter wzór graficzny nawiazujacy do wzorów zimy, sniegu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których: ? Fig. 1 – przedstawia wzór graficzny oparty na okregach zawierajacy zestawienie elementów platyny (kompozycja punktów) jak i reliefu, przy czym element platyny jest umiejscowiony centralnie, zas od niej promieniscie rozchodzi sie element reliefu. ? The essence of the industrial design is a new and unique graphic design reminiscent of winter and snow patterns. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings, in which: Fig. 1 – shows a graphic design based on circles containing a combination of platinum elements (a composition of dots) and relief, with the platinum element centrally located, and a relief element radiating from it. Fig. 2 – shows a graphic design in its second form, based on arcs, containing a combination of platinum and relief elements, with both elements superimposed. Fig. 3 – shows a graphic design in its third form – a combination of platinum and relief elements superimposed.
