Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w uksztaltowaniu przestrzeni wewnatrz budynku skladajacego sie z dwóch segmentów blizniaczych, z których kazdy segment blizniaczy sklada sie dwóch samodzielnych lokali mieszkalnych dwupoziomowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie takze w funkcjonalnej aranzacji wnetrza budyn- ku, przejawiajacej sie foremna, zwarta przestrzenia mieszkalna oraz dogodnym rozmieszczeniem ciagów komunikacyjnych i przestrzeni zyciowych. Wzór przemyslowy dotyczy rozplanowania dwóch kondygnacji budynku tj. parteru i poddasza, przy czym kazda z kondygnacji charakteryzuje sie odmienna forma aranzacji wnetrza. W aranzacji przestrzennej parteru uksztaltowane zostaly dwa identyczne blizniacze segmenty, które z kolei skladaja sie z dwóch wyodrebnionych samodzielnych lokali mieszkalnych, stanowiacych w stosunku do siebie lustrzane odbicia. Kazdy z czterech samodzielnych lokali mieszkalnych na parterze zaopatrzony jest w drzwi wej- sciowe i okno kuchenne od strony frontowej oraz centralnie usytuowane okno tarasowe od strony tylnej. Pozostala przestrzen zaj- muje pokój usytuowany od strony frontowej i pokój od strony tylnej. Kazdy z czterech samodzielnych lokali mieszkalnych na poddaszu zaopatrzony jest w podwójne okna dachowe od strony frontowej i podwójne okna dachowe od strony tylnej. The essence of the industrial design is manifest in the spatial arrangement of the building's interior, consisting of two semi-detached segments, each of which comprises two independent two-story residential units. The essence of the industrial design is also characterized by the functional interior arrangement of the building, manifesting itself in a well-formed, compact living space and the convenient arrangement of circulation routes and living spaces. The industrial design concerns the layout of two floors of the building, i.e., the ground floor and the attic, with each floor characterized by a different form of interior arrangement. The ground floor's spatial arrangement features two identical twin segments, each consisting of two separate, independent apartments, mirror images of each other. Each of the four independent apartments on the ground floor has an entrance door and a kitchen window at the front, and a centrally located terrace window at the rear. A vestibule is located next to the entrance door, which is connected to the hallway. The hallway is connected via passageways to a bathroom located on the interior wall, and a kitchen located in a corner on the front and exterior sides of the segment. The remaining space is occupied by the living room. The hallway contains stairs leading to the attic, which is flanked by a fireplace. In the attic, near the stairwell, there is a hallway connected via passageways to a bathroom located against the exterior wall. The remaining space is occupied by a room at the front and a room at the back. Each of the four independent attic apartments is equipped with double roof windows at the front and double roof windows at the back.
