Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna konsola dla grzejnika aluminiowego, to znaczy z aluminiowymi zeberkami. Efekt estetyczny zapewnia nowa postac konsoli poprzez oryginalne uksztaltowanie bryly ze wspornikami. Przejawy przemyslowej twórczosci wzorniczej, które zakreslaja istote przedmiotowego wzoru uwidoczniono w pelni na rysunkach, stanowiacych integralna czesc zgloszenia i ilustrujacych wraz z opisem wzoru cechy istotne w zakresie zadanej ochrony prawnej. The aesthetic effect is achieved by the new form of the console through the original shape of the body with the brackets. The manifestations of industrial design creativity that define the essence of the design are fully visible in the drawings, which constitute an integral part of the application and, together with the design description, illustrate the features essential to the scope of the sought legal protection. As shown in the figures, the patterns have a specific appearance and shape given by the essential features specified below: – an essential feature common to all the pattern varieties is the shape of the body consisting of a mounting beam 1 and two brackets 2 perpendicular to the plane defined by its support points and located in one plane, wherein the mounting beam 1 has two elongated holes 3 in its longitudinal axis, while the brackets 2 have an arc-shaped recess 5 on one side lowering the supporting edge. Furthermore, the individual varieties additionally differ from each other in that: Design variant I – has a flat beam 1 with axially placed brackets 2 within the outline of a rectangle, the protrusions of which are located in mounting holes 4 of the beam 1, wherein the bracket 2 has a smaller undercut 6 between the arc-shaped recess 5 and the surface of the beam 1, as shown in Fig. 1 and in the side view in Fig. 2; Design variant II – has a beam in the shape of an angle bar with brackets 2 at the inflection of the beam, the protrusions of which are located in mounting holes 4 of the beam 1, wherein the bracket 2 has a smaller undercut 6 between the arc-shaped recess 5 and the surface of the beam 1, as shown in the side view in Fig. 3 and in the front view in Fig. 4; Design variant III – has a flat beam 1 with brackets 2 in the outline of a rectangle at the side edge, as shown in the side view in Fig. 5 and in the end view in Fig. 6; Design variant IV – has a shape close to variant III, wherein additionally the bracket 2 has a smaller undercut 6 between the arc-shaped recess 5 and the surface of the beam 1, as shown in the side view in Fig. 7 and in the end view in Fig. 8; Design variant V – has a shape close to variant III, wherein additionally the edge of the beam along the length between the brackets 2 has a beam 7, as shown in the side view in Fig. 9 and in the end view in Fig. 10; Design variant VI – has a shape close to design variant V, wherein additionally the bracket 2 has a smaller undercut 6 between the arc-shaped recess 5 and the surface of the beam 1, as shown in the side view in Fig. 11 and in the front view in Fig. 12; Design variant VII – has the beam 1 and brackets 2 bent perpendicularly to the axial plane from a common cut, as shown in the side view in Fig. 13 and in the front view in Fig. 14; Design variant VIII – has a shape close to design variant VII, wherein the bracket 2 has a smaller undercut 6 between the arc-shaped recess 5 and the surface of the beam 1, and the lateral edge is additionally bent, as shown in the side view in Fig. 15 and in the front view in Fig. 16; Variation IX of the design – has a shape close to variation VI, with the lower part of the bracket 2 having an edge with alternating arcs, as shown in the side view in Fig. 17 and in the front view in Fig. 18; PL 21746 3 Variation X of the design – has a shape close to variation VIII, i.e. it has a beam 1 and brackets 2 bent perpendicularly to the axial plane from a common cut, bracket 2 has a smaller undercut 6 between the arc-shaped recess 5 and the surface of beam 1, and the side edge is additionally bent, with bracket 2 having surface embossing. Individual variations of the design differ in shape, and the console made in the form of a pattern and implemented in variations gives the console a specific and original shape and appearance, previously unseen in products of this type. A console for a central heating radiator, especially for an aluminum radiator, characterized in that it consists of a mounting beam 1 and two brackets 2 perpendicular to the plane defined by its support points and located in one plane, wherein the mounting beam 1 has two elongated holes 3 in its longitudinal axis, and the brackets 2 have on one side an arc-shaped recess 5 lowering the supporting edge, which is shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 20. 2.
