Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy i oryginalny mebel – barek przejawiajacy sie w kolorystyce, ukladzie linii, elementów i polaczeniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Mebel – barek w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu, posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci pionowej powierzchni, która posiada dookola czesci zewnetrznych krawedzi czerwona listwe dekoracyjna, a wewnetrzna czesc prostopadloscianu jest w postaci stylizowanej jasnej powierzchni oraz ciemnej czesci, jak pokazano na zalaczonych ilustracjach fig. 1–3. Mebel – barek wedlug wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonych ilustracjach fig. 1–3, na których: fig. 1 przedstawia mebel – barek z czerwona listwa w widoku z przodu i w rzucie perspektywicznym, fig. 2 przedstawia mebel – barek z czerwona listwa i napisem informacyjnym, w rzucie perspektywicznym, fig. 3 przedstawia mebel – barek w odmianie trzeciej z czerwona listwa w widoku z przodu i w rzucie perspektywicznym. Mebel – barek przedstawiony na fig. 1 posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci prostopadloscianu, dookola którego czesci zewnetrznych krawedzi umieszczona jest czerwona listwa dekoracyjna, a wewnetrzna czesc prostopadloscianu jest w postaci stylizowanej jasnej powierzchni podzielonej na mniejsze pola jasnymi liniami oraz brazowej czesci umieszczonej po jednej stronie prostopadloscianu, jak pokazano na zalaczonych ilustracjach fig. 1. W odmianie przedstawionej na fig. 2 mebel – barek posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci prostopadloscianu, dookola którego czesci zewnetrznych krawedzi umieszczona jest czerwona listwa dekoracyjna, a wewnetrzna czesc prostopadloscianu jest w postaci stylizowanej jasnej powierzchni podzielonej na mniejsze pola jasnymi liniami oraz brazowej czesci umieszczonej po jednej stronie prostopadloscianu, na której umieszczony jest czerwony okreg z zielona obwódka, wewnatrz którego znajduje sie napis informacyjny, jak pokazano na zalaczonych ilustracjach fig. 2. The cuboid-shaped bar cabinet possesses essential industrial design features in the form of a vertical surface with a red decorative strip around the outer edges, while the interior of the cuboid is in the form of a stylized light surface and a dark section, as shown in the attached illustrations, Figs. 1–3. The furniture – bar according to the pattern is shown in the attached illustrations fig. 1–3, in which: fig. 1 shows the furniture – bar with a red strip in a front view and in a perspective view, fig. 2 shows the furniture – bar with a red strip and an information inscription in a perspective view, fig. 3 shows the furniture – bar in the third variant with a red strip in a front view and in a perspective view. The furniture – bar shown in fig. 1 has essential features of an industrial design in the form of a cuboid, around the outer parts of which a red decorative strip is placed, and the inner part of the cuboid is in the form of a stylized light surface divided into smaller fields by light lines and a brown part placed on one side of the cuboid, as shown in the attached illustrations of fig. 1. In the variant shown in fig. 2, the furniture – bar has essential features of an industrial design in the form of a cuboid, around the outer parts of which a red decorative strip is placed, and the inner part of the cuboid is in the form of a stylized light surface divided into smaller fields by light lines and a brown part placed on one side of the cuboid, on which a red circle with a green border is placed, inside which there is an information inscription, as shown in the attached illustrations of fig. 2.
