Sanki przeznaczone sa do zabaw na sniegu, zjezdzania z pagórków oraz transportu po sniegu dzieci i niewielkich pakunków. Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy oraz jego charakterystyczne elementy przedstawione zostaly na ilustracjach fig. 1, fig. 1a, fig. 1b, fig. 1c, fig. 2 oraz fig. 3. Przy czym fig. 1 – przedstawia sanki jasne w widoku perspektywicznym od strony ich dluzszego boku i nieco z góry, a fig. 1a – przedstawia te same sanki w widoku perspektywicznym od strony ich dluzszego boku, ale odwrócone i pokazane od dolu, na ilustracji fig. 1b – widoczne jest w powiekszeniu miejsce laczenia górnego zakonczenia plozy z elementem siedziska, na ilustracji fig. 1c – pokazane zostalo miejsce umieszczenia na plozie charakterystycznego logo, fig. 2 – przedstawia wzór sanek wykonany w ciemnym kolorze, natomiast ostatnia fig. 3 – prezentuje charakterystyczne logo z wizerunkiem liska w powiekszeniu. The sled is intended for playing in the snow, sliding down hills, and transporting children and small packages across the snow. The industrial design submitted for protection and its characteristic elements are shown in illustrations fig. 1, fig. 1a, fig. 1b, fig. 1c, fig. 2 and fig. 3. Fig. 1 shows a light-coloured sled in a perspective view from its longer side and slightly from above, and fig. 1a shows the same sled in a perspective view from its longer side, but turned around and shown from below, fig. 1b shows an enlarged view of the place where the upper end of the runner joins the seat element, fig. 1c shows the place where the characteristic logo is placed on the runner, fig. 2 shows the sled pattern made in a dark colour, and the last fig. 3 shows an enlarged view of the characteristic logo with the image of a fox. List of industrial design varieties: 1) wooden, foldable sled in a light colour – fig. 1, fig. 1a, fig. 1b, 2) wooden, foldable sled in a dark colour – fig. 2, 3) wooden, foldable sled with decorative graphics – fig. 1c and fig. 3. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in fig. 1, fig. 1a, fig. 1b, i.e. – a light-coloured sled – is that: ? the basic elements of the sled are made of multi-layer plywood; the running runners are connected to the seat using two pairs of elements, each pair consisting of two sideways "U" shapes, the rounded spines of which are connected and joined at the point of contact with removable screws, and the ends are attached – one to the running runner and the other to the outer, longer seat slat; ? removing the screws connecting the "U"-shaped elements allows for quick folding, reducing their dimensions and thus making them easier to transport; ? at the point where the upper, rounded end of the runner connects with the outer seat slat, a rubber ring is placed (fig. 1b), through which the attached slat end is passed to act as a shock absorber, in order to ensure comfort and safety of use of the sled; On the upper, outer side of the rounded runner, a logo in the form of an image of a fox with a red mane is placed (fig. 1c); - where the runner end connects to the outer seat slat, a hitch with a detachable rope for pulling the sled is also installed (fig. 1c); - the sled is protected with a colorless layer of oil, which guarantees resistance to low temperatures and mechanical damage. A significant feature of the industrial design shown in fig. 2 – a dark-colored sled – that distinguishes it from the sleds shown in fig. 1, fig. 1a, and fig. 1b is that: - it is made of dark-colored wood.
