INFORMACJE UZUPELNIAJACE Pole dance lub pole fitness (od ang. pole - slup, dance - taniec) to nowoczesna forma aktywnosci fizycznej ksztaltujacej sylwetke polegajaca na wykonywaniu cwiczen tanecznych, gimnastycznych i silowych przy uzyciu pionowego drazka statycznego badz obrotowego. Wykonywanie cwiczen, nauka figur i ewolucji na drazku wiaze sie ryzykiem upadku z pewnej wysokosci, którego skutki mozna zlagodzic uzywajac materaca. Standardowe materace gimnastycznie (o róznych ksztaltach) nie nadaja sie do tego celu. Materac do pole dance moze miec rózne kolory i rozmiary. INTENDED USE: For exercises on a vertical pole. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Pole dance or pole fitness (from the English pole - pole, dance - dance) is a modern form of physical activity that shapes the body and involves performing dance, gymnastic, and strength exercises using a vertical, static or rotating pole. Performing exercises, learning figures, and acrobatics on a pole involves the risk of falling from a certain height, the effects of which can be mitigated by using a mattress. Standard gymnastic mattresses (of various shapes) are not suitable for this purpose. The pole dance mattress may come in various colors and sizes.
