Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac profilu izolacyjnego, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Profil izolacyjny ma zastoso- wanie w budownictwie jako element izolacji termicznej i akus- tycznej . Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia profil izola- cyjny w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu, a fig.2- profil izolacyjny w widoku perspektywicznym od tylu. Profil izolacyjny wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, cha- rakteryzuje sie tym, ze obejmuje sciane przednia i dwie dwu- stopniowe sciany boczne, przy czym w polu sciany przedniej znajduje sie wiele pionowych szczelin o zarysach prostokat- nych, ulozonych mijajaco sie w rzedach. Kazda dwustopniowasciana boczna profilu obejmuje kolejno: pierwszy stopien sta- nowiacy sciane pionowa i sciane pozioma oraz drugi stopien stanowiacy wyzsza sciane pionowa, której krawedz jest zagieta pod katem prostym. PL PLInsulating Profile The design registration right is valid from: 4 April 2001. The subject of the ornamental design is an insulating profile. The essence of the design is a new form of insulating profile, manifested in its shape. The insulating profile is used in construction as an element of thermal and acoustic insulation. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the insulating profile in a perspective view from the front, and Fig. 2 shows the insulating profile in a perspective view from the back. The insulating profile, according to the ornamental design, is characterized by encompassing a front wall and two two-step side walls, wherein the front wall area contains many vertical rectangular slots arranged in intersecting rows. Each two-step side wall of the profile comprises, in turn: the first step constituting a vertical wall and a horizontal wall, and the second step constituting a higher vertical wall, the edge of which is bent at a right angle.
